Mariupol
A friends home that was destroyed by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. They lived in Mariupol, and after this attack escaped to Lviv where they now must hide several times per day in shelters during attacks.

My first TV Crush
I always thought if they had ever done a Steed/Emma reunion movie, it would have brought the house down. In The New Avengers, Emma tells Steed she's "not Mrs. Peel anymore," implying a divorce, which means an opportunity was there! 💕 If only .... sigh.

Diana was my favorite actress. I found no one to replace her. She was the best and most beautiful actress.

When Emma left they brought that other girl and that's when I stopped watching. I had that feeling when the Beatles broke up that's when I stopped listening.
They scheduled Avengers opposite hit Laugh-In, that's what killed 'em.

Patrick and Diana had a once in a lifetime chemistry. You cannot "act" or "fake" the sexual chemistry these two had. They loved each other in real life and you can take that how you want. Nobody will be able to successfully reboot this series because nobody can recreate Patrick and Diana.
You absolutely got that right. The chemistry between these two great actors could never be duplicated. That is why I boycotted the reboot movie. On the other hand Linda Thorson was tolerable with the help of Patrick MacNee. I tried watching the earlier Avengers and they were kind of boring.
Almost as good as William Powell and Myrna Loy, but not even in the same orbit as Bogart and Bacall or Lucy and Desi . . . but they were good together, not just the best.
R.I.P. Patrick and Diana. Steed and Emma together in the afterlife.😢
