hi! been checking out your videos they have been super helpful! im curious, im also interested in applying to the university for my masters in clinical psych, you mentioned in your other video you're doing the year at Kent, then doing your hours in the states? were you planning on working in the UK ever? or was the goal just to study at Kent THEN go back to the states? is this a conversation you need to have with the professors? or is it just assumed as an international student that this was the plan ALL ALONG? if I wanted to work in the UK is it a different process overall? ANY answers would be super helpful as im trying to apply this year! thanks x

My wife and I have a GSD that we think may have some food allergies. Did you ever do a follow-up video that discussed the outcome/success of feeding Momo the changed diet with the homemade ingredients? Did it give you the results that you wanted?

*I know this is long but I pray everyone reads it for the sake of your babies.* 💔❤️ *You should never buy a dog food eith any animal meal. That's what gives animals cancer and makes them sick.* The best food that I found that helped my dog that had a sensetive stomach, was Wild Earth. It's a vegetarian dry food. It's expensive and when everything went up, I had to change because I was also having to buy for 4 other dog's and 6 cat's. But I would have definetly stayed with it, if I could. It's cheaper to order it straight from the company, and not through Chewy or Walmart. Then when I changed, I done alot of resesrch and found Dr Pol was the best dry. It dorsn't have any animal meal and is made with the real meat. And it's made here in America. The only thing from china, is the vitamins. But they sourced them from reputable companies. I always buy Chicken because beef makrs them sick. I bought the Beyond Salmon wet from Chewy to mix a 1/2 can in their food with a little water. I got Dr Pol dry from Chewy too. But the vegetarian is the best dry food out there. Especially since dog food companies, even expensive food puts something in their fo9d that kills dog's. And you will be surprised if you have never researched any of the recalls. Beneful is the worst food you can feed your dog. Now why....... First the meal is really really bad for your pets. It is the WHOLE ANIMAL ground up. Beaks, feathers and all. I found that out when I was using a cheap food because I didn't know any better. My 2 dogs threw up ALOT. But I didn't understand why until........ I would pick outvthe dog hair out of their bowl everyday from the food they didn't eat, it was just dry then. It was Kibbles N Bits. No one should ever buy it. Anyways, I was noticing pieces of feathers, and pieces of the nails and beaks, even bones. That's not the only food like that either. But now, this is the really bad part. They use alot of different animals that is ground up. And they ground up, animals that have been euthenised. Any and ALL animal's from EVERYWHERE, including vets. The drugs they use is in the animals, which means it's in the food you feed your animals. That is responsible for a lot of dog deaths, sadly. And whatever disease they had, like cancer and other nasty diseases. And lets not forget old and sick horses too. A horse would have alot of the euthanised drug in it. Oh and yes, even other dog's. I had bought a wet can of food from the Family Dollar, Heartland brand, I believe, to hold me over and i saw something black in it. It turned out to be a piece of a dog's paw. I never bought anymore of it. The pet food companies aren't regulated so they can get away with it. Please research foods and sign up for recall emails. And research why you shoud never buy dry food with any animal meal. I think one of the worst things from it is cancer. That's why that vegetarian food is best. And it has everything they need. Also, it has the best "grains'. And not the one's that cause digestive issues. Sorry this is so long but I pray it saves a precious baby. *I do have one more warning to add. AND IT'S SERIOUS!!!* *NEVER give your dog's Meloxidyl, it will kill them.* 😡😫💔😭 *It's an Nsaid for pain the vets use. They put my baby on it last summer because he got down in his back legs. A week later his stomach blew up and he didn't want to eat. It went on that way for a couple of weeks or so and my vet told me to up the dose. The vet i first saw told me to use it. I told both of them he had a sensetive stomach but they didn't listen. It was my fault for not demanding a regular pain med and not an Nsaid. My vet told me she thought he had a tumor and wanted to do surgery. This was on a Saturday. And she told me to bring him back on Monday and she would do it. He didn't make it. I was trying to get him to the truck and he collapsed just off the porch. It was a 100° outside. He was a big dog and I had to drag him back inside. Just inside the door and laid with him until he took his last breath 5-10 minutes later. I killed him. It caused him to bleed to death inside. And was in ALOT of pain becausr i failed him. And I know how much pain because that whole year i was dealing with the same pain from my stomach. Even so bad that I was in the hospital.* *And I didn't know until that weekend that it kills dogs. I looked it up and watched videos on it. But it eas too late.* *ALWAYS RESEARCH EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY EVERY MEDICINE THEY GIVE YOU FOR YOUR BABIES.* It's killing me. He was everything to me and I let him down. I would have killed for him. It hurts so bad. I only have 2 dogs now. I would like to rescue old dog's from shelters but I just can't get there yet. It's still too much. All of my animals are rescues and strays. *I'm Broken Inside.* 💔😭

The “levels” that you showed - those were the levels specific for your dog or general?

Is this still accurate? Because in 2021 chewy did a test against vet testing and showed this is 93-98% accurate vs IG tests which are 94-98%.

Have you looked into going raw? I have a long-haired German shepherd, and she struggles with skin allergies, so I had to do the elimination process on her (still ongoing). I switched from kibble to a company called We Feed Raw, and so far, my dog loves it. It is worth considering, but do what's best for Momo!

I‘m thinking of getting a Samoyed or golden retriever for years now.. and I’m torn between these two breeds :( I love Momo ❤

i got a rescue and he has horrible horrible skin and ear problems. they said he would cost 400 a month but since I've got him he's costing $700 with all the meds. your videos make me feel like its possible to fix this. this stuff stresses me out so much for some reason. I'm gonna get the tests praying they work , how much do you guys clean your dogs ears... they told me once a week but hes gotten ear infections since I've got him, need help:(

our sammy has a stuffed emotional support fish instead of a ball lol she literally cuddles it on the couch and carries it with her when she walks around the house. all day all be cleaning listening to the squeaker in that thing lol

dogs dont need veggies or rice BS. Jesus your homemade is all carbs and gluten. Dogs need protein and fats, not fking carbs. Also PLEASE DON'T microwave your dogs food for the love of god.

a lot of the minerals and vitamins Bay gets in organ meats. all the veg./fruit that were high in starch and all grains was eliminated. to where I am looking for another way of preserving her food by not heat drying like commercial companies do. I need to find a recipe that I will put in a blender make into a smoothie base, then pour into tray to freeze dry. Then break into kibble sized chunks that will stay safe in an airtight container for a month or so.

My Service Dog has a lot of food/environment allergies. Tried the food elimination process but too so long I finally spent few thousand in Vet treatments and lastly allergy test. this TH-cam video by Homemade dogfood for a dog with allergies! She also has food recipe for dogs with allergies. With my dog I was looking for a protein meat and organ meat blend with no grains, heavy filler of sweet potatoes since high starch levels in commercial dog foods give my dog, Bay, ear/paw yeast infections and skin irritations. Deer, wild boar and goat meat she does fine with, so I'm hoping to find a recipe of limited ingredients of organ meat: of beef heart/kidneys + pork? seems like commercial meats and produce grown with hormones and GMO don't do well for either her health nor mine with the allergy situation.

Also did the 5Strands testing for our adult dog, and this was a great place to start. Among several other things, our boy is also allergic to a lot of the additives in kibble. I believe it's not vitamins/ minerals they are allergic to, but the synthetic versions of these which are present in nearly every kibble-based food. They have to replace the whole food vitamins/ minerals that are lost due the high processing of the food. Hope this helps. Thank you for making this helpful post!
