Running 131 km non stop around the Island of La Gomera
Hi guys,
After an amazing trail running season I wanted to set one last big Highlight and run around the island of La Gomera. 131 km + 7.384 m+ self supported around this beautiful island. So many amazing moments but also some really rough times during this journey. Take a look what it takes to finish a run like it and let me know in the comments what you think.
Enjoy and Merry Christmas everyone!

Love this workout for always being there for me.
I am inspired by your video and in the race of 250km this year 😅
Craziest man alive… haha top Leistung Bro 💪💪💪
MASCHINE 🦿
have big is the bag?
I walked ten kilometers today, feet hurt. How did you achieve this? Congratulations man. 👏🏼
GOAT 💪🔥
Hope to see you again next year then. Without the fever this time i hope😂
Thanks for this
Richtig geiles Projekt!
An amazing performance !! Congrats from France 💪💪
Hahaha love the Push ups at the finish!!! Ur Amazing 🤟
Mega stark! Riesen Respekt 👍
You are amazing bro!❤
Longest 10 minutes of my life. Haha. Thanks for the workout.
You did it mate! Well done. Take care.
Thanks, you too!
Amazing adventure. Respect
Thank you 🙌
Well done Pawel. Feeling proud for you after several you came out so much stronger. Never give up. Thanks for takin us with you
Thanks so much
Good job😮 Looking forward to watching your video next year! Thanks for sharing 😅
Well done Pawel 💪💪. Startet TdG injured in 2023 and Dnf’d. It’s on my list for 2025 🙏. Have you made any gearlist after your race?
also erstmal unglaubliche Leistung - Gratuliere!!!!! sehr cooles Video, man darf ein bisschen mitfühlen :)
Amazing 🤯
Love it!! 💪🔥
thanks!
More like 60-70, not 70-80.
Hey, what's the weight of the dumbbell you're using? I tried around 7kg (first try) and didn't feal much strain in the core.
What is proper form for backwards running?
Wow... what an adventure. That hail was insane! I'm amazed you did so well given you'd just done the Eiger! You covered some gorgeous miles and made some memories. I have no doubt you'll be back for the FKT!
Wow... congratulations on a truly epic race!! Thanks for taking us along, I hope to one day see those views and dodge those cows in person!
Its often said that Zone two would be 60-70% of Max HR? Which one is correct
Congratulations on finishing the E250, great video, it brings back all my impressions. We were also one of the teams that took part this year - Team ‘Selbstläufer’. It was a really great experience. I found the upper part of the ascent to the Lötschen Pass and the downhill from Märjelensee to the suspension bridge at the Burghütte the hardest. This was probably because we ran both sections at night.
Hey you guys rock! It was such a pleasure to meet you. All the sarcastic talks about all the pain, exhaustion and other issues really cheered up the dark moments. So sad I missed you at the finish. We just took a little nap in Geissholz :-) Hope to see you another year? Maybe on the 101 2025? Just a sprint though! Daniel
Daniel!! Was such a pleasure to meet you! Too bad we did not see each other at the finish line 🏁 it was a highlight for us to chat with you and laugh a little bit. Next year we will run some big crazy run in Poland 🇵🇱 maybe you can join 😊us
True grinding! Congrats
Great job, followed you during the race. Regards, Rutger from Holland
💪💪💪
This is perfect time wise and exercises! I have been looking for a specific strength workout for long distance runners
Too bad you had to stop man! But 171k in that state is a long way already so be proud of that, respect! You think the stomach issues come from dehydration? I experienced the same problems last week when I did my first 100 miler, I suspect not enough hydration / electrolytes. Anyway keep your head up!
What kinda pad is that?
Very effective
Nice
Great efforts man!
Thanks a ton!
What kind of ice bath is that?
Eisfass
You handle it a lot better than I do!! 😂 I'm a farmer, so I work 4-12 hours a day, 7 days a week, pushing, pulling, lifting. (Including the days before and after races. I'm lucky to only work 2 easier hours on race day.) I look at it as cross training- every day is strength day. But man can it be tough to get out there for a run or strength session during the longer or harder days! And you go for long runs and bang out 100 pull ups after! 😂 That's a level of discipline I aspire to, but am OK if I never reach! 😂
Man! You are a stud! Good stuff! For me it’s only temporary until the house is done ✅ but for you it’s a daily business. Keep working hard brother! 🔨💪
Your videos have inspired me to make some much needed changes in my lifestyle. I let all of those good side habits slide, then grumble when my running isn't where it should be! That dinner looked delicious.
