You gotta start posting more on TH-cam.
Agreed, cannot protect yourself sliding and 100% at the mercy of the defender. I've yet to see a serious hit on a QB sliding like Lamar does here. Purdy is good at it as well
Totally agree. This is coming in progressive offenses.
Love all of your content man. Just got back into coaching last year and stoked to implement a lot of things next season that I’ve heard on your channel.
Love it coach! Glad to hear you're back in the game!
Why didn't g😊o outside 😂
if deebo went outside that would have been a touchdown
Yeah and if you bought bitcoin in 2012 you’d be a millionaire
For you WR out there, I suggest you Google Chad Johnson tries to block Ray Lewis. Lets just say Chad regretted his choice. God I miss the days when linebackers like Ray Lewis put the of God in the hearts and minds of offensive skill players. I also miss the days where Chuck Cecil used to KO Wrs who came across the middle. Sadly the rules of college and nfl favor the offense so it is kind of boring. When pass rushers get held 63% of the time on pass pays you know the officals are looking the other way. Heck, kevin hart's prophecy will be true in the next 5 years as it will ne illegal to sack the QB.
Go hold a LB ya mean.
this is greg roman’s play with the receiver instead of the TE.. great alteration
As a uga fan and a raven fan this nun new 🔥🔥🔥
The Ravens actually ran this same exact play call under Greg Roman back in 2022 vs the Bucs in Brady’s last year. Isaiah Likely caught the TD if I remember correctly, I just remember asking how a defender is supposed to see it coming.
I remember them running it against the Saints in 2022!
@ yup, they ran it just a week or two later against the saints too, I specifically remember Tyrann Mathieu being fooled on the fake.
They first ran it in 2021 against the broncos for a td to Andrew’s but it got called back
U could really be an oc 😂😭💀
How do you get this angle?
NFL Pro: tinyurl.com/ALL22NFL
As a UGA fan. We miss him😢
It absolutely was a great play. Once he tucked the ball, everyone on defense stepped up.
Thank you Coach Dan
We ran Delaware Wing t in high school in the 80's. I was the TE and caught Manny waggle passes. Great offense.
Can we get some film breakdown on this channel??
Yessir! Who do you want to see? (unfortunately we can only do NFL Film right now)
What about Jamar Chases monster game against the ravens coach @@CoachDanCasey
It's beautiful.
Nasty!
Bring back the double wing. 7 linemen, no wra
Shout out to coach Lashlee, he helped usher the spread finally arriving in Miami. Looks like they do some different things at smu so h has definitely evolved which is great to see. Shannon Dawson is soo underrated he cant get a mention with #1 offense in America, lol..
Shannon Dawson is doing a great job - I've highlighted some of his stuff on X, but we'll definitely be breaking them down soon!
Coach Rhett is doing an amazing job with SMU! Love the podcast, books and I think what you do pushes creativity to our fingertips and pushes us coaches to think outside the box more. I love what you do because it’s gives us access to so many great things and it puts a spotlight on so many talented teachers across the country!
Thanks so much man! Rhett is the man - check out our interview with him if you haven't heard it yet!
yes I watched that one, really good stuff!! Thank you I love this stuff!
Reminds me of play where guy intentionally dropped on back of Magomes knees ankles sparaining hell out of his ankle He limped to a SB win though.
Let the hogs have some fun
Coach, what is your suggestion to best learn and understand the run game. Trying to expand my horizon and master the run.
Sounds overly simplistic, but I just took my favorite Offenses and diagrammed every run play. Watching the Film & Diagramming over and over again helped me learn the rules/techniques.
And I'm going to play with all these teams in that order on NCAA 25. I love Indiana by the way
I fing love this play. And then slipping that TE by later for leak to flat. D Ends have to hate football these days.
Interesting concept
No one cares
Beautiful play motion tight end essentially pulling so you got 2 big bodies making space. Timing was perfect on the motion as well
Can means they r switching to the second play called in huddle, due to defense being set in a way that isn’t idle for the 1st play called.
Louisville Legend
As a Saints fan Shepard should be benched if not suspended that's ridiculous
football is a game of violence. Settle down
Sheppard should be suspended and fined, props to Bozeman he has now earned my respect!
Football is a game of violence. If QBs cannot take the hits they shouldn't on the field.
Scumbag needs a season suspension. Intentionally trying to cause an injury is NOT the same as playing hard. It's what cowards do.
Justin Herbert is a good dude... Pulled his own mans off homeboy.
The defensive lineman should be suspended from league play.
Was there a receiver split out wide or did they go film double wing?
How is that legal? He truned up field before the ball was snapped. Man the offense has to cheat nowadays.
You can have 1 player in motion prior to snap my guy. Perfectly legal and nearly every team uses per snap motion.
He hadn't passed the line of scrimmage before the ball was snapped. It's not cheating you just don't know what you're looking at.
@@lMrFresno559l yes, but that player cannot turn up field prior to the snap. This style of motion was banned by the NFL.
@@enthusedfern the offense can have 1 player in motion but he can't be going towards the LOS prior to the snap. The NFL banned this type of motion.
@@davidwagner9644 he was behind the line of scrimmage before he turned up field and before the ball was snapped. He didn't turn up field until after the snap. It's clear in the video if you have eyes. Like I said you don't know what you are looking at.
BROCK* not Bryce.
LET GO!!!! Thank you coach!!
Hey coach, what software are you using to telestrate?
Damn near impossible on a fast wr to guard that.
lol that kid woulda been laid out flat 10 years ago cutting back to the middle of the field like that. Just not the same game anymore
I dont think bully ball is back at all. Thats just Henry and him alone. He is the only back in the league that gets it in like this lol
I knew off one comment how sped you are, I’d consider finding a new hobby or just in general, a new sport to follow cause this ain’t it
2-2 “Bully ball”😭😭
Are we seeing a resurrection of Henry in 2024? In 2020, he averaged 5.4 ypc . Went for 2,000+. Every year after his ypc were in decline 4.4,4.3 and 4.2. Now in 2024 he is at 6 ypc with the ravens. Wait until college figures this out and we see 2 TE, 2WR and a Single RB like Colorado in the 1990s. Ace as they called it vs the 335 D would be interesting. Make those hybrid lbers lineup over the TE or make you change your entire defense.
first time I saw that shift was Kotelnicki at Kansas 3yrs ago,
