Thankyou mate! Smooth and slow :D But getting there and even after 8 years of ownership, I'm still learning more about the car every time I take it out. I have a Hybrid shifter in mine mate, this was the first proper use of it, nice bit of kit! I have had to remove my uprated detent springs though as coupled with the billet shifter it was too stiff. The lightened flywheel probably helps with the snappy/blippy shifts also. TCW tune brings these things alive eh :) 4k vtec is a game changer, you see in this video I short shift quite a lot in places, the lower engagement really makes the gearing more versatile. Plus it sounds great low down haha So the FD2 oil pump was fitted as it removes the balance shaft - you can read lots online about balance shaft removal if you're not aware or it already, pro's and con's, but I did it basically so I could fit a baffled sump as there weren't many options for a baffle when you have a balance shaft oil pump. I've wanted to fit these stickier tyres for a while now but wanted to make sure it was baffled before hand. In the process we also did timing chain, guides, tensioners etc Glad to hear you're still using the car! See a lot of these cars sitting round not doing much and you know me, all about using these wonderful machines :D

I keep meaning to do another dual cam vid just takes a bit of setting up and what not, we have some nice weather this weekend and I'm planning on taking the car out, so let me see if I can capture some footage and give another on a go :)

Unfortunately not mate no, and its cable throttle so not straight forward to fit either… Didn't bother me too much on a 3000+ mile road trip suprisingly, but would be a nice to have of course.

Yes you're right, at those speeds its bound to be out a bit. The highest we saw on the GPS was around 239kph, so pretty much 150mph - still not bad for a 20 year old 4 door saloon designed for Grandads :D

It's cable throttle. Using K Tuner (through an RSX ecu I believe). Speak to Paul West at TPW Engineering, he may be able to help you.

I like a thinner wheel and smaller, so yes I prefer it. Stock wheel is a great wheel though.

Thanks for the reply, yeah I ended up getting a pretty new condition Oem momo replacement for about 80 bucks so just replaced my really weathered old one. I still think a Monte Carlo would be a good edition .
