If it stays this way i doubt I will by a pass ever again. Spash art, while nice. Dont mean shit to me. And umm yeah, thats it. With around 270 skins I guess the value of my account will go up. That's the only positive I can think of. I would not have selected any of these BP skins anyways. All mediocre at best to me.

I read somewhere that the main writters of season 1 left/weren't present and they hired literal MCU writters. If that's true, it actually explains a lot because season 2 factually feels like an MCU movie, specifically Endgame which was a lot of spectacle and made no sense even by the logic of its own universe.

as long as people have access to daddys credit card the whales will keep buying them nd riot will keep using that as an excuse to add more and more expensive skins look at the arhi skin costing 500 dollars what's next riot on the fast track to pricing skins in the thousands of dollars. and then 10s of thousands for " exclusives" this practice needs to be made illigal in the U.S period in order for riot to stop, and we all know that will never happen when riot sold out to a COMMUNIST COUNTRY.

The development bar in the beastiepedia is a beastie's research development. Upon completely researching a beastie the game will tell you all of a beastie's stats, movepool, and how to recruit them. Fully researching every beastie is pretty much the game's equivalent of completing the pokedex. It actually has nothing to do with the game development side of things.

Mother 2 and 3, as well as most pokemon games have a good selection of menu/textbox options.

This game was underbaked...just like the main character's face.

If this game would be good and the company would have respect for their players and where trying to improve the battle pass would be 10 bucks and you get a good amount of tokens for playing each game while having interesting pass missions that are fun to complete and an event shop like back in the past where you can buy the rewards you want from the collected tokens. That is actually the most disgusting part. We had such an option and everyone could get their desired rewards, like the specific emotes they wanted, the chromas and borders and buy Orbs and currencies like they saw fit. This game is becoming worse and worse over time and I hate everyone at fault.

The battle pass is so bad I quit.

you delete the game and you don't have to buy anything, it's just a piece of shit, and Riot should imagine what they're doing, they think they'll make more money that way, the popularity of this game is already waning

tbh i returned to league like 2 weeks before the last season ended and i was like " its fine , i will buy the next one " . But now... Nahhh im taking my words back

because the second season is nothing but disappointment from beginning to end

older final fantasy games (such as 7) have the ability for you to change menu colors they just give you a full color gradient. but the games that most famously have menu colors to me are earthbound and mother 3 which feature several colors with cute names (pokemon games have also had different text box borders)

League is dry now, as a free player, I used to buy battles passes every now and then, despite how expensive it is in my country. But not anymore, this is the thing Riot games is losing on purpose, its community. Time to go Marvel Rivals

I dont think the pass is worth its value at all since the items are garbage. Removing the previous pass, chests... and capules that were never broken in the first place is such a bad decision. Its pure greed.

Just beat the game yesterday and went with the more “moral” ending, won’t spoil it, and the game is a fun challenge, even in its Early Access state

now i have 713 Skins in lol, many of them bc of orbs and rerolls. But that new BPass has nothing interessting for me :/ i will pass :D

The part that frustrates me the most is that buying the battle pass isn't cost effective for obtaining Sparks if the skins in the pass don't interest you, which is the only other reason to buy in the first place. 1,200 to buy the three you get from the pass just raw, but 1,650 for the pass itself which is really 2,800 RP because of how the RP bundles are intentionally designed to avoid giving you the exact amount- You miss out on 1k extra RP if you purchase two bundles separately to cut the cost when said cost would have been 6 dollars extra for that 1k extra. That's not new by any stretch of the imagination, but paired up with the new pass system that aims to stuff as much as it can into the gacha machine just loops back around to "Why spend at all?" Keeping in mind that the only thing there that's guaranteed is the Exalted skin, so good luck landing chromas... That being said, people talk about all the cut incentives to play for f2p players, but this does the same for paid players also, even in the face of the inevitability of having fomo taken advantage of when your champion gets a gacha skin, too. Why engage ever until that happens when it'll always be cheaper to buy raw? That in which leads to questioning why have League on your PC at all if the only time you're incentivized to not even to play but to just log in is when you're taken advantage of to drop 250 dollars for your otp? Make it make sense, even from a soulless business CEO's perspective. The old pass system at least had you working a second job to keep you engaged to care about fomo, while also offering value to those who are unaffected by it for an ultimate win/win in profit. What an insulting way to watch this behemoth die.

I was a dumbass and bought the pass thinking it worked like the old battle pass and now I have mid-tier skins that are NOT worth the $20 USD for the lowest tier of pass. I look forward to getting back thousands of hours in my life because I'm not spending time in League.

It really IS hard to find things in this client. It's so packed and overwhelming. And why is the gacha banner in crafting? Pretty sure it's a store component.

They removed the chests and now f2p players get a single skin that is epic or lower for the whole split. No ranked rewards, no orbs, no chests, no grab bags, nothing

I play this game few years I obtained a lot of cosmetic in that time, so i dont care that much about those skins, but I am sad for new people in this game because now they have to pay or play with default skin forever. (And that champ thing ofc) Also I dont know how about you, but I have feeling this is beginning of the end.

Another funny thing is that you shouldnt compare just the old pass with the new pass, cause thats not all that we lost in favor of this new pass, the new pass isnt replacing just the old one, because, FOR SOME REASON, they thought that the new pass is so good in fact that its worth the old pass system, the mastery chest system, the milestone system, the honor token system, the skin split rewards( aside from victorious skins ) and the level capsules. So they decided that since the new pass is so good they would remove all those system to reduce “bloat” from the client, because with the new pass they “became” redundant

I used to buy the bp to spend all of the tokens on orbs...so this is just bs for me....I was one of those people who bought every battlepass for the useless shit, but even I will stop now, since its just ridicoulus. (uh lets not talk about tft, tho. thats a different story)

At this point im just gonna stop playing league. Their changes with the battle pass and no more chests makes playing not worth it. I used to play just to grind for chests. I also hate what theyve done to the game by making jungle even more stressful with more objectives and they pretty much dictate the game at this point. It’s not worth playing anymore.

The billions of bucks they earned each year were apparently not enough. They had to remove more free stuff. In MMOs this means, the game is dead and they milk the existing playerbase until the shutdown. Unlikely it will happen to lol, but at this point I hope.

Yes, I came back to League in December and the previous battle pass seemed SO TEMPTING by the end of the year, I ended up buying it, with the tokens I could afford 36 random emotes...? Which I LOVE because it lets me communicate with my team in a funny and friendly and cute way. I felt I got so much value out of that pass, I bought the new one without blinking. Thank god there's one skin in it I'll actually use (a little) and a few emotes, but I was so close to ZERO value, I was hoping I could grind to get 36+ emotes, lol.

I'm an avid prestige skin collector and now that the stuff is gated behind pulling on the predatory gacha I just stopped caring 💀 I even wasted RP I had saved for months on that shit and I guess I got the Jinx nexus finisher but then I realized it's not enough pulls to even get the same amount of mythic essences back. And as a Jinx main, I refuse to get the ugly skin with the looney-toons walk cycle and the soulless cash-grabby face and character design. Also wth Sett gets the exalted skin? For the year of the snake??? *smh*

C'mon, it's 1 free skin (Elise) and 4 more skins in the battlepass for 1650RP. That's pretty generous. And you get some other stuff too.

Mark my words, Arcane is the beginning of the end for League as a game, they have been slowly shifting from making games to making movies and music, the game is nothing but a money making slaugherhouse for any sucker to pay for their hyped skin based on other media they produce now, companies are slowly realizing they can sell their game by... not improving the game but instead make complementary products instead, it happened for Cyberpunk, it happened for Fallout, now its happening to League, dropping League when Vanguard drop is the best decision ive ever made lol
