    Before I watch the match: Mass BCs are terrible. The way to beat them is scouting early so you know they're coming, then massing your own Ravens and disabling the BCs and using marines or vikings to kill them. Also kill their workers ASAP before the BCs are in large numbers (4+) . Key: Scout their base!!

    You've seen ... scared ... lately. High ground expand, extra supply early, late factory and starport. You seem to focus more on the opponent than yourself. Play with confidence, you have good macro when you focus! You forgot Vikings as usual. :) Also your opening scout is good but you forget the follow up scout at 4, 6 and 8 mins. (not that i'm any better) :)

    gg. Imho a good game. I liked the staggered sieging of the tanks in the last push and some other bits. I do feel your early game seems a bit haphazardous, like you just throw stuff at whatever time. Im not a good player, but my first 2 minutes are set in stone, if im late with a building by 5 seconds, i notice it and i feel the repercusions (less minerals, first unit late...). Its imho very important cuase its propagates through the rest of the game. The earlier you make misakes, play inefficent, the worse consequences will be.

    Nothing more annoying than having your army out in the middle of the map and then get dropped like at 8:50. I've started to send vikings out on the edges of the map before a move out to stop that. But I guess you didn't have vikings at that point. But a well enough played game anyway for the win.

    Ollie! You've already scouted the low ground expansion of your opponent and you build your expansion after your second depot, putting yourself even further behind.

      They dropped it before the second depot, which is what you want to do. If you are not making a reaper, build your reactor first thing on your barracks. Great way to get an early army with a fast expand. Especially because you always SUV scout anyway.

      Opponent marines have combat shield when you drop at 5:57 ... did they go combat shield first before stim? That or they are three raxing too.

      Oh they have stim too. Great defend, tank pull back, cancel on the SUV, pulling the boys back... sending to repair a little questionable, but much more important to save the command center. Really great moment at 7 mins.

      11:40 you are way ahead. Stay back and defend build your force up and then attack with a split attack ideally. Probably dropping the mane has he has not built turrets, but has all his tech lab upgrades now, including concussive.

    GG. Imho waht really wrecked you here were the ultras. I guess marauder and liberators can work against them, but from the games i have seen, ghosts with snipe ability really deal best with ultras. At some point imho you will have to start building ghosts, even if for TvP against High templars with storm. The ghost is the most broken unit in the game (according to all non-terran players :))

Damn he went for Mass Splash, basically an Anti-NonSplitter like yours 😂 Your EarlyGame is already close-to-perfect (Strategy-Wise, NOT Execution-Wise) But your Midgame (I need to be blunt) is completely Bad Strategy & Execution Wise. Your entire Midgame (Make Huge Ball & Bulldoze your way without splitting) relies you to be AHEAD in the EARLYGAME or ELSE it will be complete LOSS like this. Basically you will only win if: 1. Opponent is doing shenanigans 2. Opponent has Bad Openner 3. Opponent is being too Greedy(assuming your doing your normal timing push) If your both EVEN in the EARLYGAME it will mostly be a loss for you 😢 Tip: . . . In the reply ...

      Tip: "Midgame" 1. U really need to practice Splitting or Atleast Pre-Spreading. It's one of the core skills for any Bio-Style 2. It's all about "Upgrades"3x Army Composition & Focus is totally Based on the Upgrades. The reason why most Terran Players only choose between Bio or Mech PlayStyle is because of Bio-double-upgrades Or Mech-double-upgrades. •Bio-double-upgrades: Most Focus is on Bio's capabilities. Such as Splitting, Stims, Drops & StutterSteps. Mech is just for support. Splitting/Spreading is crucial because the Splash is Bio's greatest weakness and there's just NO other way around it. BioMech (BioTank/MassMines) is the same as Bio but the only difference is that there may be more Mech. •Mech-double-upgrades: Most Focus is all on Mech's capabilities. Such as Mass-Siege-Positioning (like what your doing with the Libs). But Mech cost a lot of Gas, so to properly use it, it's either Use Mech-Openner OR Transition to Mech after Mech Upgrades finishes (after using Bio of course). Note: MaurauderHellBat is an EarlyGame Style only. Marauder is BioUpgrades while HellBats is MechUprades, so if such 1st-Push doesn't work switch to BioTanks immediately and use tanks as support only while doing double-Bio-upgrades.

    In this game, your opponent's name is really cringe! "Furia omicida" from Italian translates to "Killer's fury" :O Congratulations to you to take a fight against a killer's fury :D A single remark: your build order execution, mechanics, and early game hellbat-marauder push are fairly ok. What lost you the game here is mainly your build order choice. Your third base is really late, goes down when the zerg is mining from four bases at 70 drones. Since you were economically behind, the Zerg out-techs you every single fight: the first time you max out he has ten ultras, the second time you push out he has ultras plus an ocean of banelings with two or three upgrades more than you. Terran is a very tempo-based race. If you want to play two-base against zerg, you have to push at 7->8 minute with mariners tanks and medivacs from 44 SCVs, before the zerg has tier three tech or a lot of army. If you want to play three base, then your third base should start no later than 4:30, directly after your starport. In my games the third base starts even before the starport, allowing to max out before the ninth minute. Instead, you played a bit of a mix between a two-base and a three-base terran, maxing out just too late. If you maxed out at 10:00, or even at 11:00, you would have caught him without ultras and straight-up won the game. Small adjustments in your build order choice can make you max out two or three minutes earlier on the same tech. Thank you for the fun video and have a great day! Tomicron the Brainless.

    games sense - some from this game but also from a lot of your other games 1) this is not the first time you've made too many medivacs - libs would of been much better (but see 6 below) - I assume its a reflex - select Starport press D. Set yourself a limit of medivacs so you have a mental trigger to make something else. 2) sensor towers wasted resource building them so close to each other 3) press spacebar when you hear a notification - for example when your libs were killing the ovies the sound that signifies libs were under attack was heard - you ignored it and those libs died. When you hear the libs are attacked spacebar to move to the location the sound came from micro libs to survive. Listening to notification can give you an awareness of things happening outside your current view. learn the various notifications and that they mean. there are many examples when the notification "you are out of supply" or " not without more supply" is heard only for you to be surprised a minute later that your supply blocked. listening to what be said to you is really important. 4) Movement -- You mass move your army and your medivacs get to the location way before the army - this puts them in danger and/or lets you opponent know where your army is moving way before it gets there. Same with the hellions they move faster than the other parts of you army -- 2 things here - to keep you army together get the hellions/medivac to follow a slower unit. To do this a) select hellions then right click on a marine etc b) select medivac the hold down the a key (attack key) the click on a marine for the medivac to follow that marine. if you just select the medivac and click on a marine the medivac will just pick it up so you need to use A 5) lower depots - at one point you individually selected 10 depots a lowered them - select all depots and lower them - double click on one depot to select them all - then r key to lower them. 6) always siege your tanks and libs - make this a habit 7) placement of everything - a lot to go through here but think about what you're placing and why

      Your opening didn’t really accomplish much. I think it needs to evolve in one of a few directions: a) more committed-bigger/earlier, b) smaller with faster macro transition (like double Ebay and two barracks starting when the attack starts), c) more sophisticated-for example, a liberator or banshee on the main while the hellbats push the natural. And please, DON’T STOP TO TICKLE THE HATCHERY. Find a drone line to barbecue! When I was in low plat, it wasn’t the hellions/hellbats that got me, it was whatever hit while I was distracted dealing with them. In high plat, low diamond, its the blue flame hellbats that hit at 4:30, not the hellbat banshee that hits at 6:30.

    GG well played . . . Finally some Proper Macro Battle everything is as closest to perfect until he GG-ed. Tip: "Full MacroGame" Not sure if your thinking the same thing, but the next step to that would be: 1. Full Map Vision: = Slowly put 1-Depot & 1-SensorTower at a time until it covers the entire map. Assuming your production is currently full. (Production 1st before anything else) 2. IronBank: (keeping Minerals below 2000 ) = 4-CC at the same time to start that unlimited Scans & Mules. (Still Production must be full before anything else) 3. More Army: = Slowly start replacing SCVs for more Mules assuming your have 10-12 Orbitals already. It helps put more Supply to Army😊.

      There is a bug on the eu server that missassigns leagues. Been there for years. All that really matters is the MMR. Don't know his exactly at the moment, but should be atleast high Gold.

    GG Well Played . . . Everything was almost perfect, EXCEPT for delaying the FACTORY for ENGIBAY. Any cloak builds can be counter just enough if you build Engibay after the Factory. HOWEVER, Delaying the Factory is dangerous especially against Proxy-Reapers or Proxy-Starports. Also 3Rax Openner is a different story, Nonstop Pumping 3Rax Marines is Enough to defend any Openners. Although it may delay economy & timing-pushes a bit compared to [1-1-1] openners😊

    GG . . . I just realized that U have done NOTHING in the Earlygame and that is the reason for the feeling your having where "everything seems slow". Which is because you are just WAITING for the money to reach enough to build more stuff. There's a lot of moments where your just staring at the MONEY and your camera is just focusing on the army at the rally point. Your doing Macro too much or your doing Army-Micro too much. You should start Speeding-Up that MacroCycle. And by speed, I meant switching between Macro & Micro(the Army) Tip: MACROCYCLE = "APM Focus Priority" This is the reason why you lost touch with your "AGGRESSIVE STYLE". This is hard to explain but hope you can understand Focus#1. Most focus should be on your DEFENCE & OFFENCE, which should be the Scouting & the Army-Movements. The Army waiting at the rally-point waiting for more production is "NOT-INCLUDED" •Scouting = Harasses, ScvScout, Spotters •Army-Movements = the army that is currently marching, flying or setting up for engagements Focus#2. is the Switching of focus TO Economy FROM [Focus#1] every few seconds, which is what most players called "MACROCYCLE". You should leave Economy immediately once what you need to start begins. The Economy Im talking about is Production(army&scv), Buildings & Expansions Example: 1. your SCV-Scout just got out your base follow it, while observing your money and thinking about what to build next. 2. while your following the SCV-Scout your money has reached 100, time to finnish the wall-ramp by building 2nd-depot, then back the focus on scv-scout checking on what opponent is doing. 3. Defensive vs Aggressive Style • Aggressive Style: Focus on poking with the Harasser until your Army-Move-Out is done through Macrocycles. *Repeat until 2medivac-drop is ready: 1. Poke with Reaper(Harasser) and wait for money reach 300 2. money @300, produce/queue something then back to reaper micro *Repeat until 1st-Push-Army is ready: 1. Poke with 2medivacDrop(Harasser) and wait for money reach 300 2. money @300, produce/queue something then back to 2medivacDrop micro • Defensive Style: Focus on NonStop checking of Scouts until your Army-Move-Out is done through Macrocycles. *Repeat until 1st-Push-Army is finish: 1. Constant Checking of Multiple Spotters and wait for money to reach 300 2. money @300, produce/queue something then back to Spotter-Checking *If 1st-Push-Army is 2medivac-drop you can do the aggressive style as well by using 2medivac-drop as Harasser.

      This game is over, if you make the orbital before you fly it out. It would get so much energy that even if you waited around, you'd drop like 3 or 4 four mules. The other thing, is you need to get your tank into the most forward position so it is fighting with the marine. His marines have combat shield at the 5 minute 30 minute mark when you scrap with them.

      I have noticed my stim and combat shields are very late And I don’t need 2 tech lab tax unless I’m going to research them at the same time, otherwise the temptation to make marauders is too high

    GG Well Played . . . every Response was correct. BUT just delayed that is why it ends up that way. TBH its seem your both on the same level, both your responses and response-speed(apm) are somewhat similar😁 1. @6:18, That 1st Tank should have slowly moved forward every time his army moves back, to get more space and more wiggle room. Its all about POSITION-POSITION-POSITION. 2. @10:23, The 1st Medivac Drop took too long to move-out. 2Tanks and 8 marines and a HighGround-POSITION was enough to defend that, U didn't have to wait for those Libs. U had 2-choices at this point "MORE VIKINGS" or "SNEAKING OUT DROPS", you chose drops but took too long whereas that drop/s mission was to prevent his reinforcements while you pump up yours (destroying bldgs is considered extra damage). Tip: "DEFENSIVE-POSITIONS" = "Splashes and HighGround" Any Splashes are more effective for DEFENSIVE-POSITIONS. Just by having a couple or three is enough to HOLD particular POSITIONs (Such your base ramps). This enables you to use the rest of your army to FLANK or SURROUND his or in this situation DROP-HIS-MAINBASE. HighGround gives you farther vision while the once below needs to climb 1st. This also adds more effectiveness for DEFENSIVE-POSITIONS Thus this DEFENSIVE-POSITIONS can be used in many different ways to have an advantage over your opponent. I don't think I need to elaborate there are Pro-Games and War-Movies that shows these. This Reminds me, I just re-watched "lord of the rings twin towers", Holding that Castle Keep for the Massive Cavalry to arrive in time was the best example (the cavalry is basically the rest of your army).

    I got placed in plat 1 (I had a really bad streak like 2-3 weeks ago then didnt have time to play) :) . The upside is you can only go up from there, i had a couple of easier games and im back in dia 3 now:). I dont think i deserve dia 2 anymore atm...

    Straighht up, spread out marines coupled with a few turrents at the edges ia almost a must nowadays - at least one behind the mineral line. I don't know why people put turrents within their mineral line unless they're fearing a banshee. Liberator and Medic Drop (Tank with SCVs or Marines poss Marauder combo)

    2mins in you are already doing completely random things, try watch some build order guides from pros, try to copy them step by step strictly, practice a ton in vs AI, it would help a lot

    So aside from still being unsure why you feel the need to drop rather than push (:p) the biggest thing was how you handled the defense. You should have been able to see that such a force was going to very quickly overwhelm your wall and move back to the high ground. You lost a ton of SCV's and mis-rallied troops trying to hold onto a low ground you have no chance of holding. Good win, keep up the good work.

    GG well played . . . Solid Game every was on point. Though I noticed your army production stopped when the fight started. That can be a problem if the fight becomes even and you both lost army. Tip: "Spam Big then Engage" When the fight becomes evenly matched and still anybody's game. What you aim for is the next fight. You must have the next batch of army already prepared for the next engagement. Before you start engaging, spam all your Production to full. In the heat of the battle sometimes one can forget to continue the army production like you did. If already pre-emptively spammed lots, by the time your engagement simmers down your army reserves should be already prepared for the next fight

      I also like a bunker at the front vs protoss, early stalkers will start kiting your marines and it's a sad day. You drop a second barracks at like 4:05 mins and still have enough for another CC.

      Good defensive position on the tank in the main, add ideally four marines to cover it or around the perimeter.

      Great game. Good use of depots to slow them down and continuing to produce while you attack. You really got into a good rhythm around 6 mins, getting stim combat shield. One last piece of advice, get the planetary making on your third. It makes a big difference in a low eco game if it turns into that.

    First drop should have been handled much better, as soon as you see it, pull a chunk of SUVs attack with everything. Before that, if you had stim or had a reactor on one of your barracks you could have had a ton more to deal with the first drop. The positioning of the Siege tank was also sub-optimal, a Siege to the right of the CC instead of on top would have helped significantly. You are playing the right way to get better, but you need to cue up more than one game per day to see the significant improvement from getting better defensively. The macro cycles are strong for your level, when you get up to them, but playing defensive is a great way to play under your actual MMR. I continue to play defensive and I've gotten quite good at it. Consider using your second orbital (as soon as it's built) to scan the main base to ensure what cheese you are in for with an opponent who does not expand. If you know there is a cloaked banshee coming in or a BC, then maybe build a turret in your mineral line or behind, but not a turret and a bunker there. It feels real bad if you are dealing with cloaked banshees and you didn't save a scan for sure, but more often than not an early turret is a death sentence vs T. Protoss is a different story.

    You saw at 4:25 that he was going to drop. You said it. You knew it was coming in. But your marines stayed in the middle of the base rather than damaging the medivacs before they could drop. You also built 2 turrets by you mineral line but that ssooooo far back from the edge where drops happen. You can build that second turret by the supply depot in the bottom right corner. Always easy to see these things afterwards, but thinking on the feet is a key to success here. Good luck!!

Pro players barely ever build turrets which seems odd, but they stop mineral line harassment., However a drop of 2 medivacs is more than harassment it's an actual attack (as opposed to say a liberator flying in) . So having a turret on the edge of the base area means any drop gets hurt more and any mineral line drop has to fly through the whole turret range before that happens; so with marines as well, can be able to take down at least 1 of those medivacs before they unload in the line. :)

    That was unfortunate. His position between the rax was pretty neat. If you watch the video, you will realize that a lot of time is lost moving the camera around. Changing that would not have done a lot for this game, but in my opinion that is something that should be addressed to set you up for later. Two helpful things for that: 1. double tapping the number for a control group moves the camera to the hotkeyed units (i think if they are far apart to the closest? not sure) So if you hotkey your base and your barracks, you already have a way to quickly jump to your base and your ramp (if the rax is built there) Also helps to jump between reaper and base for example. 2. camera hotkeys You can save camera locations and jump back to them. They are not set up by default, you can find them in the general section I think, not sure. Most people I know put them on the F1..F5 keys, but for me that was too far away to reach, so I create them with cmd+qwertasdf and open them with alt+qwertadfs I also found it immensely helpful to put some of the most used hotkeys on the space bar. For example "build basic building" & "depot", "raise depot", "stim", "scan" etc.

    gg.Imho you really need to check at least if he is one base all ining, if he has got a natural expansion, so you know all you got to do is defend. You had 1400 minerals near the end, if it was spent on army, maybe you could have won. I liked the liberator to deal with tanks, its something you didnt do in the past.

Finally a viking but still not a single cyclone, that could have helped a lot against those drops. Imagined if you have send your entire army to attack while having 2 cyclones just waiting on the edge to shoot down those drops. Continued on reply . . .

      Tip: "Current Game Proper Response" 1. Worker Body-Block = TvT is the match where using workers to attack is more effective. The idea is to use them as Human-Shields (especially Against Tanks) and their best against 1-Base All-ins . LOSING WORKERS AGAINST SOMEONE WHO STOPPED PRODUCING ANY WORKERS IS A FARE TRADE. The Weakness to Early Tank Drops is Workers 😂. Its funny but it's actually true. BUT DON'T FORGET THEY STILL NEED ACTUAL ARMY FOR SUPPORT. 2. "VikingCycloneTank" Defense = It's because you haven't tried yet, But you'll be surprised how just having 1Cyclone, 1Tank and 1Viking in the Base is enough to Defend your entire Main & 1st-Expansion Base. How to use: 1Tank - siege it beside the ramp where it can partly Zone-out both Main & 2nd Base. If a very big drop happens just fall back to the safety of the RAMP-TANK 1Cyclone - let it guard at the edge of your main base it's entire purpose is to catch drops, Libs or even BCs and oracles. It has more damage against armor which are flying and mech units 1Viking - is a support for cyclone and used for hunting drops or any flyers where cyclone couldn't catch anymore. It's also good for hunting overlords and drops hiding on the edges. THUS, VikingCycloneTank is basically the 1st line of defense while wait for the BACKUP to arrive. The BACKUP could be retreating your MAIN-ARMY to defend or just wait for the NEW-ARMY RESERVES that pops-out from your Production.😊

    So I think the most obvious thing going on is you really just aren't comfortable playing atm. You didn't lose this one because you played horribly but rather just because you spent a ton of time wondering what he was going to do and not enough time just doing super solid macro. A bunker in the mineral line slows down income. Your opponent was doing a solid one base play. Maybe try that for a bit. Try to get back into that more aggressive less scared mindset. Keep up the good work.
