Here I show you how I repaired some patio chairs who’s feet had rusted through. The chairs would just sink into the ground whenever someone would sit in them. The washers I used are 11/16 x1.3/4.     I would’ve cut the plastic I would imagine the hard part for me are the four screws that hold the condenser to the plastic shroud I had a little Milwaukee 90 that I could stick on my drill with a short star bit

    wish i would've seen the part about removing support but it got done today i just made it squeeze up and out was a pain ill remember the removal of the four bolts holding hood latch that would've helped lol. also there should be four bolts holding condenser to shroud don't forget those or you will be scratching your head like how does it come loose lol

    is impact wrench good enough or is torque wrench required?

      Torque wrench is really going to make its right with no question. Specs call for 90-140ftlbs on that nut without ever backing it off to set the cotter pin. Just using the impact you never know exactly how tight it is. Thanks for watching! DIG

      @@422bailey yes, but it is a limited slip so the axel sends the power to the wheel that needs it.

      Yes. It’s relay number like 68 or 72 or something. Check your fuse box cover to make sure. I had diagrams online that were different to my fuse box.

      Honestly I’m not sure. You would have to compare the two. I can say a lot of the fan manufactures are making the shroud with the cutout now. Good luck and update us on how it went!🤙🏻

    it works, but removing the battery and moving the fuse box still helps and only add a couple minutes to the job. doing both makes this super simple and frustration free (by that I mean there is still all sorts of fenagling, twisting, pulling, prying, ect)

      Specs are 90-140ft-lbs. You can go to 90 and then tighten till you get the cotter pin in, never back it off. Thanks for watching! DIG

    My EZGO thumps when I drive it almost like a flat tire or tire is out of round. But tires look good. Could it be this hub/spline issue or is it a wheel bearing issue?

      If it doesn't keep you from accelerating or climbing hills then my best guess would be bearings. without seeing it in person that would be something I would check. Im sure you've got it taken care of by now but let us know what you found out. Thanks for watching! DIG

    I think this might be my issue. I hear a clunk when accelerating from a stop. I jacked up rear end and put in neutral...then spun the wheel by hand and there is play in the rotation until it catches the splines and turns with the axle...i gotta take it off to inspect the splines of both the axle and the hub
