Congrats and well done Matt and Dave, you deserve reward for all the hard work long hours. Don't take this the wrong way but I do have a slight concern with the breakfast bars although a good idea and job I'm worried about possible future injury claims (kids will be kids and adults are sometimes worse) but that's it. Also will bunk beds fit into the small rooms just to open up the market.

Sorry to be pedantic but there should be apostrophes on your house plaques, i.e. Robyn’s Retreat, Paul’s Place and Gwen’s House. They are beautifully done plaques but such a shame whoever supplied them left the apostrophes out. 🙁 Keep up the good work that you and Dave are doing, as these properties look as though they are going to be beautiful.

Your Mrs must have had the patience of a saint to wait 9 years for you to finally get your act together to get down on a bended knee. 😀 The homes are looking amazing. They can't be called just houses now, they are definitely homes. I remember your first vids and thinking this is going to take a lot of graft. You and Dave have worked miracles. Your comment about “Money talks” is really irritating to anybody local, hate when people think they can come to our lovely island and buy everything. There are a lot of people struggling to buy homes on the island as non local people are buying them and houses have inflated prices, I know someone who was looking to buy the house you have bought, saved hard, lived on the island their whole lives and then it’s gone. Maybe with your “Money talks” attitude you should show a little bit more respect to local people

The work done is superb, as usual. Bravo Matt - the flag is spectacular and so respectful. Patriotism is vital! As a Canadian, I LOVE Britain - my grandpa grew up from infancy in the dreadful Barnardo's Orphanage and he (along with SO many others) were forced to come to Canada at 14 years old to work on farms - many of the children sent over here were mistreated terribly and he was one of them. Many years later he returned to England for a few weeks on holiday and it still brings me to tears when I think of how he suffered. He loved his homeland and Canada too. I so long to visit abroad in my lifetime. So sorry to learn that you suffer from Tonsillitis - will they require removing? You ARE a nasty teaser regards the key swinging, haha, I'm very excited to watch season 2. Get well.
