    I’ve had the Fenix 8 for sometime and certainly has its issues to the point where I would not recommend it however the UI is definitely better than the seven series. I’m also sceptical of how they’re going to keep the bezel. It’s already very narrow and very hard to read versus the Delta and Charlie versions so if it loses it’s 24-hour basil and it’s unusable it will lose its character entirely.

    • @EricB03
      @EricB03 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@jtam222 personally not whole lot for bilateral movements and a single stack could definitely work vs a double stack. Quick tip to get more use out of that belt attachment. Set up a calf block and put the belt on your upper back to do weighted standing calf raises. That’s what I use mine for. I also have the D handle attachment from Gym Pin. Links both stacks, attach angles 90 grips to it. Then you you can do lat pulldowns or low rows with both stacks. If the attachment is too heavy, just hold down the top of the stack with your hand while you move the weight pin. No need to hold the actual attachment.

It would be same on centr2 doing that exercise. With centr 2 you set both sides to 80 lbs and do a lat pulldown with the included bar it is 80 lbs since it is utilizing both stacks. Hey, great review. Ive mine set up at very bottom of rack, just above crossmember. I know you said it doesnt change angle, no matter if its moved up or down. Whats the suggested or best height to have and whats the pros or cons of moving higher/lower ? Many thanks

    • @EricB03
      @EricB03 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@S.B.88. height will be based on your reach and you will need to move it a few times to test. Ultimately depends on the stretch you want or not at the bottom of the lift.

    Exactly, it's a fact that quitting booze not only makes your world a better place to be in, good things start to “magically” happen and the energy is insane! Steffon Barkload's latest work, that’s the best shortcut I go’ogled that took less than a week to work without suffering withdrawal.

      Agree. It never made my life better in any way at all even though I thought I did when I was in it. Society, marketing and peer pressure makes me think it’s normal which it is not. Glad I made the choice to stop and haven’t looked back. Thanks for the comment and have a great week.

    Your videos on the FTX have been helpful and informative. Thanks. Would you mind sharing the horizontal distance between the pulleys on the FTX? I’m considering the Centr 2 from Costco and want to make sure it’ll work for me.

    I think you missed the best feature of GDSW. If you plan an event, such as a half marathon, and set your goal and mark it as your primary focus, then the daily suggested workouts will be tailored to help you train for that event and goal specifically. I've been using it for my marathon which is in two weeks and DSW is even guiding me through the taper. It's a great but often neglected feature.
