Don’t stress mark. Think it through. Have everything to hand. I was stressing too. But when you have cut one hole in your van you will be less worried. Take your time. Double check. I would even suggest writing a checklist in order of what you need to do and tick it off. Because I have cocked up before in the moment and missed stages and had to go back.

@abucklife gone for the 350mm fan as people have said it fits in between the presses on the roof on a sprinter without an adaptor like you have fitted .. we ll see when it arrives ... good job on yours by the way ! I'm surprised you haven't got way more subscribers as your attention to detail is spot on .

@ Yeah, they made it to order, it was just a bit of jiggery with the step spacing, and tyre mount slightly lower, considering the box for the other side to stow some extra stuff too? Well done on the build by the way, been following from day one, not seen an update on the cost board recently though?

They are good guys at mule. I would love the box but need to see where we land on weight. I’m scared to update the cost board. It’s gone out of control. 😂 I lost track during the electrical build because there were so many orders. I probably will update it a some point.

I have just let sit on top of the beams once the matress is on and the front of the bed is in place it’s noting going anywhere. 👍

ok sounds good, i may add 4x cable tie, 1 in each corner around the support beams and thru one of the circular holes

@marcaltmann7140 why not. I have zip ties my pipes and wires to the beams. That will work well.

Great points rob. Building them onto the door could be a different product range which would be great. I like that they haven’t as it allows for max insulation. But would make a great alternative option.

Great question Matt. Yes I did and yes I had to pay import duty etc. it’s was super easy and because we had a pallet delivered the shipping company sorted it all out.

I can’t see a problem with it but they do a very good job of sound deadening how are the doors finished currently?

@ insulated same as yours then 6mm ply covered in carpet, they just look boring, but these organisers will make it look so much better and I can fill them with so much crap!

Yep. Absolute game changer of a product in my opinion. I didn’t even mention the fact it looks the business on the back doors and saves having to mess around carpeting them.

135cm wide and about 180 long.

It’s ok for Ginny but I think for me I really need to add some side pods. So plan to add some in the summer.
