Can u help by replying Urgently Hi I am planning to buy vento highline petrol auto & want to convert to cng. can u tel me few things how much did it cost for cng fitting & do cng get 100% used or less ?
It costs me 45k now it’s around 55-60k for sequential kit. CNG is used around 80% of cylinder capacity. E.g. my cylinder is of 14kgs but actually it can accommodate 10-11kgs depending on pressure of pump… this is done purposely for safety. When turn on CNG it takes 100% CNG and no petrol is used. There is no much difference you feel in power in Vento as it’s 1.6L engine. Always use system G in petrol for flawless performance of car.

Better to use throttle body cleaner…I also used distilled water as it expands 1100 times in engine and it’s also used to degreaser in foreign countries

Yes… on petrol this gives 8kmpl in city and 20-25 kms on per kg CNG

Hi Sir, My Vento (2011) also has the coolest leakage problem. The issue is when I drive more than 100 km the coolant level is reduced and the oil leakage indicator light starts blinking. I need help with this.
It might be issue of radiator block or to the worst head gasket leaking

@@mehul844 VW gives red colour coolant … never mix red with green. It will change its consistency therefore replace immediately

Yes. I’ve used sequential kit for vento. No engine noise. It runs like on petrol. Pickup not reduced as mine is 1.6 L petrol engine. Lonavla ghat pan easily cross karte on CNG only traffic asel tar petrol is better than CNG for that time

In city its 22to 25 with AC depending on traffic. Bumper to bumper traffic it gives 18 kmper kg

Brother mere pass Polo he, Mene usme Lovato CNG lagai he, jabse CNG lagai he only 1 issue he jo solve nahi ho rha he, Car jab bhi thandi rehti he it means 3-4hrs me start kerta hu to card pehle 3-4km petrol per chalti he than uske bad cng per convert hoti he, cng fitment center per dikhaya per iska koi solution nhi ho rha he, or advancer lagane ko bhi mana ker rha he wo, Kya apki car me bhi aisa hota he, pls help

No… max 1 km on petrol. check rpm set in your car. it should be around 1200 rpm where it should shift to CNG. In my car it was 1800 now changed to 1200.
