Cool kitchen features
A lot of these features are standard in the kitchens we design, but often people have no idea these options even exist. Here's an overview of the custom work we recently completed in this kitchen.

This is a home that we've been working on for almost a year now. We already completed the inside of the house (modern industrial, custom work) and now we're starting the landscaping. In the video, you can see the custom carport that we built.
Tracy kitchen remodel by Elevated Development Construction
มุมมอง 385 ปีที่แล้ว
A brief walkthrough of this kitchen we remodeled last year in Tracy. We ripped out a wall to open up the entire space. It's unrecognizable from the old kitchen! The homeowners love their new open layout. Plus we refaced the fireplace and cleaned up the staircase. Check out the entire project on our website: mytracycontractor.com/portfolio/kitchen/major-kitchen-remodel-in-tracy

Running Wires at Inside Corner of House
มุมมอง 30K7 ปีที่แล้ว
A quick video of how I run wires at an inside corner of a house. This is very common and is viewed as a pain in the butt by most DIY'ers. With the right tool and a little patience, it's a breeze. Please do not take on any work you are not comfortable with. Hire a licensed professional. Call me today! :)

Rode Fir, Manzanita, Timberview, Gordon Mill, Cross Cut, Crossover, and steam donkey Trails. About 5 min into the ride, my dropper seat post broke, so I had to stop and manually adjust my seat throughout the ride, which sucked. But still a fun ride. Checked out some new trails!

Chilly morning ride at Skeggs. Rode the following trails: Fir, Manzanita, Timberview, Giant Salamander, and Methuselah. Hit a tree that had fallen on the Giant Salamander trail, but no serious injury. Recorded my own background music as well.

    Thanks for the great idea! I revised it a bit and just used a piece of copper wire (12-2) and simply bent it accordingly, and ran it through, it actually went through on the first try! Real easy due to how thin it is. Then I simply taped the wire I'm running to it and pulled it through, easy peasy!

He stated many times "learn from my mistakes" "this is not going well like the other one" "here's where I went wrong", etc etc and yet all these fruitcakes want to bash him yet they're know-it-alls all here searching for DIY videos on TH-cam to criticize and thumb down. I actually prefer videos where things don't go perfectly because perfect DIYs don't show issues that are likely to arise in whatever the DIY is often times more realistic. Thumbs up, Sergey. You saw it did not go perfectly and uploaded anyway. Thank you for that.

    Should have drilled through top plates of both walls and ran cable over bottom of trusses or ceiling joist and back down through drilled hole in top plates of adjacent wall. Uses little more cable but don’t have to kink/bend cable as much which can damage without you knowing it.

      Depending on area of house it’s much harder to go this route especially if it’s an exterior wall. The sloping pitch of the roof will prevent you from getting to where you need to go

    Sergey, do you have a video of you removing and reinstalling the mounts. I have the same engine and mounts and mine need to be replaced. Where did you jack the engine? On the oil pan or bell housing. Did you have to use any special tools? Any tips would be appreciated. thanks.

    • @sergeyivaschenko8083
      @sergeyivaschenko8083 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Adam Sequeira we used standard tools, nothing special. I don’t like to put anything under the oil pan, so we typically jack up the bell housing and transfer case connection area. Oil pan is pretty thin so will dent easily. You can always use a wood block like a 2x6 and it will be okay to support some weight. We also did one bushing at a time, so the motor wasn’t completely hanging. This helped.

    Pro tip of the day. We don't do it but, some smarter guys than us, buy a 2" outlet mop sink and install a 3" P-Trap and Riser in the ground. Just cut it flush at the floor and install a 4" peice of 2" pipe with a jiffy joint on the mop sink. Slide the 2" pipe inside the 3" waste. Plenty of wiggle room if it's close. We always box ours out 1' x 1' and fight the goofy concrete guys every pour.
