Thanks for the great idea! I revised it a bit and just used a piece of copper wire (12-2) and simply bent it accordingly, and ran it through, it actually went through on the first try! Real easy due to how thin it is. Then I simply taped the wire I'm running to it and pulled it through, easy peasy!
Should have drilled through top plates of both walls and ran cable over bottom of trusses or ceiling joist and back down through drilled hole in top plates of adjacent wall. Uses little more cable but don’t have to kink/bend cable as much which can damage without you knowing it.
Depending on area of house it’s much harder to go this route especially if it’s an exterior wall. The sloping pitch of the roof will prevent you from getting to where you need to go
. it's usually a lot harder to go through real corner framing like stud block stud or california corners. for the sake of the opposing outside corner- where are the studs?
Ok, how do you do that without stripping the whole wall?? I mean if you are in the shown situation and you need a tutorial, maybe you should leave this to a professional...
If you have slack on the first whip, I find it effective to pull the first whip back a bit, tape the next run to it, then pull them both through.
Al Roback yea that’s exactly how I do it Al 👍

I need to do this to a finished wall, everything seems straightforward except the inside corner i need to navigate through
Me too, having hard time finding vid.

i am running through the same problem except through finished walls
What if you need to run conduit?
Gilberto Sevilla that would be a bit tougher. I would probably try to snake flex through a larger diameter hole.. but would be tough.
FYI, this is a 115 yr old house I'm working on...
Pov: Your trying to find a video of doing the same thing on a finished wall
So true
