Is this Little Steven Van Zant singing on Affection

First heard this over 30 years ago on CBC's "Brave New Waves" program. Brent Bambury was playing tracks from the American Pensioners on Ecstasy CD compilation.

The great album "By The Way", of which this song is, is from 1972, but otherwise of course thanks for the upload! The second album "2" and the three-part song "Rosalie" (Part 1, Otium & Part 2) from their first album "All Things Will Be Changed" by this German "Krautrock" band FRUMPY are also fantastic. (Incidentally, it wasn't until some time after its formation that the band realized that their name was not very flattering, and the band name is not a play on words with the name of the singer Inga Rumpf, as is often claimed, because Inga only became a member of the band later.)
