I started taking two capsules (1,000 mg) at evening (6:00 pm) and it made me feel relaxed and a bit doped like if when you smoke a bit of weed. It basically free me from anxiety and cycling emotions. That was the positive side of it however the nightmare came when I started to have mood swings, anger episodes combined with anhedonia which means that I started to lose interest in socializing, dating or even going for a walk to see the sunset. I also started to wake up very lazy and with lack of energy, I lost concentration and interest in the gym and a continuous state of low energy combined with the feeling of being hypnotized like a zombie (anhedonia). I decided to quit ashwaghanda 1 week ago and the first 3 to 4 days were a true nightmare, insomnia, vivid dreams, I was feeling extremly tired, numbed and very depressed. I done drink coffee and not even tea cups of it made any better. I was literally living in zombie land, very concerned about my lack of concentration, lack of joy feelings, not wanting to socialize, date or having intimacy. The symptoms went from severe to mild doom day 1 to day 7 but Im still having zombie episodes with some lack of energy as well, Im very concerned about any possible serotonin syndrome developed or wondering how long would this would last after all cause I want to feel active, focused and joyful again but the only thing that I want to do right now is to chill and avoid social interactions including getting back to the gym which is very concerning.

Dont take ashwagandha unless you have very acute stress or anxiety thats cutting into your sleep. I feel like the whole anhedonia thing comes from gymbros taking it because they want to get bigger and being ingorant about its usage

Two days after I started taking it I couldn’t keep anything down, had terrible stomach cramps and felt dizzy. I stopped taking it and it went away. Started again a week after getting better and symptoms straight back 😢

I started taking 1000 mg ashwagandha for about 3 weeks to 1 month and felt much better. I stopped it for a few days to a week and started again taking half the amount and started feeling nauseous. I was not sure it was the ashwagandha so I took another 500 mg dose the next day and the nausea then vomiting started. I don’t take it anymore. It was a nice supplement while I tolerated it.
I took only 100mg 2 days. Sleep was better but i didnt like feeling it gave. Even first day and so low dose i felt depressed and low lipido which isnt normal. Second night altouhgh i slept well, i woke middle of night and saw some nighmares. I dont have any sterss at all,maybe my cortisol levels are so low. Maybe it is the reason?

At this point I’m a living ashwaghanda … i started off taking one per situation then two or three now most situations don’t phase me unless it’s a NEW Situation or if my cortisol spikes randomly then I’ll take em … i rarely take ashwaghanda anymore

Daily exercise is key to as healthy life. Ride a bicycle to school, work or for fun. Riding a bicycle is a great way to exercise. Ebikes are bringing many older adults back to cycling. Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles. Safe protected bike lanes and trails are needed so adults and children can ride safely. Speak up for bicycles in your community. Bicycles make life and cities better. Ask your local transportation planner and elected officials to support more protected bike lanes and trails. Children should be riding a bicycle to school and not be driven in a minivan. Be healthier and happier. Ride a bicycle regularly. Make a bicycle your transportation option for short distance travel.
You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community

I use punrvadimandur chandraprbha vavati and ashvgndha good for health but only 1 month and smoll dose
the problem is people od. you take under the normal dose. for about a week or two then break it down to 3 days a week
