This was actually helpful - it’s been one of my questions for over a month now 👌🏻

Great content, you deserve more followers so keep grinding :) Also experience the same pattern for me, even though I tend to overeat more easy if don't fast at all but I rather eat breakfast when I am hungry. Could be first thing in the morning or later on the day. Biggest for me is rather not eat to big meals some hours before bed. This is usally what I do if I fast for to long in the first half of a day.

I've naturally never been hungry in the morning, even during primary school I never wanted to eat breakfast, it felt so natural to me, was very interested when I found out it can be very healthy to actually skip breakfast and I've been doing it for 10+ years now. I don't even care for the supposed benefits, it just suits me and I am definitely veeeery focused in the mornings while working with just a few espressos in me.

Have you tried not having any espressos in the morning?

Yes :) only actually became a coffee drinker maybe 5 years ago.. Don't recall not being focused before that, the caffeine just took it to another level. Recently I start with a matcha or sencha tea, then after about 2-3 hours upon waking I brew a coffee

Hey Alex. I actually do OMAD. I think this video actually makes a lot of sense to me.
Once I break that fast I can easily eat 3000 - 4000 calories in that meal. Ridiculous.
Do you have any tips to get my satiety signals back to normal? I can't seem to have a normal meal and feel satiated? How could I get my satiety hormones back working proper?
    Thanks

Honestly if you're going to do some fasting in your daily routine, you should go carnivore. Carnivore and fasting go hand in hand.

I’m not sure if anyone in the world authentically pronounces fasting as faaahhhhhsting and last as laaaaahhhhhhst. IDK….is it a way to say ‘hey, look at me as a productivity guru, I’m so successful I have a ridiculously posh accent!’.
