Rocket? Jesus Christi.. ahh, no, this is not a rocket propulsion technology. OK. Here Boeing Commercial Aircraft This one, like many, many others, Turbofan What does that mean? Series of High Capacity Fan blades inducting or squeezing a lot of air at very high speeds into a compressed chamber where fuel is added into the airstream mixture and compressed air is heated and expelled out the back of the Turbofan engine at very high speed also known in the aviation industry as. THRUST! thousands upon thousands of lbs. of thrust that propells this Aircraft down the runway at over 250 miles per hour, so that lyft can be produced by the wings of the Aircraft allowing this over 100,000 lbs pressurized cabin to separate from the ground and runway. However, if you still prefer to call the experience a " Rocket," I suppose that's your own opinion. However, technically speaking, that description is wrong. It's a Turbofan. In this case, two.. one on each side of the aircraft fuselage. Thank you.
