@rubenbordea are you planning to buy with AWD, their customer service is Fabulous. ours don’t have any issue with WiFi, I added an antenna though, hope this helps

@@mrwhatevah6095 yes I want to order my first pre build from them thinking of 3060ti or 4070S just for 1440 P gaming and think to order one of those antennas internal card from them as well to make sure I get good wifi signal

I think it depends on what region are you from, however I have now changed it to flat/3M adhesive as suction cup tends to disengage from windshield during cold/winter season as opposed to adhesive ones

Hi ya, well , it might be Kelly, having said that, I have replaced mine with the supplied 3M as it falls off when weather changed from summer to winter, so yes I am I have reinstalled it using 3M.

Also adhesive is easy to remove, have you seen my video removing 3m adhesive??? My suction cup fell last winter and I find 3m better, hope this helps

@@mrwhatevah6095 it's just odd that the unboxing videos all show a suction cup mount included. Yet the retailors have boxes without it.

Blue light indicates it’s charging, will turn off even if if it’s plugged in. ( means fully charged if off) hope this helps

If you are referring to Base station, then you certainly need it, if you’re referring to ring outdoor siren then it’s not necessary, however, I do recommend to get the complete set up ( these are Base station, keypad, contact sensor, motion sensor and outdoor siren). And if you still able to., then add outdoor camera.

Hi Dam, it is the central hub of the security system, it monitors contact sensor to trigger alarm. It can be generation 1 or generation 2( it is compatible to both). So if you have already a base station installed/ on hand, just connect press and it will automatically connect to the one you currently have.

Yes, I bought the complete system couple of years ago and that includes base station, key pad, and contact sensor, that was gen 1 , just added this , hopes this one helps
