Crazy I never got this. The dialog system is kinda wonky at times. The whole nyx not wanting Dusa and zag to talk is all outta whack for me. I only started getting it really late into the end of the game. Then that specific plot line would only up every 3/4 runs, sometimes with Dusa being afraid to talk to me and other times gleefully spouting off nonsense.

I have no idea how to talk to him. he shows up and we do the event but I can never talk to him, as a direct result, there is no way for me to get his trinket.

Other gods when someone annoys them: I’m mad Hades when someone annoys him: I’m not mad, just disappointed.

Kind of funny to think Thanatos is far far older then Hades himself and his own dad Kronos.

I know incest is common among gods, especially between divine siblings, but didn't Zagreus think Thanatos was his brother before he found out Nyx wasn't his real mother?

The Grim Reaper should not be this hot. And his boyfriend has no right being that hot as well.

For those who are unaware lots of Gods, champions, heroes and villains in Greek Mythology are bisexual so it make sense Thanatos was romantically in love with Zagreus.

The fact I've never seen this, having done everything in this game twice over (PS4 and PS5 versions have separate save data and separate trophy lists), really speaks volumes of how diverse the dialogue is. Looking forward to Hades 2.

At first I thought that Zagreus x Thanatos was normal fandom thing between two attractive characters. But this scene made me all like ”wait a minute, is this canon?” And suddenly my goal was not escaping anymore but to make these two end up together 😂

Know what I just noticed? Than has the same haircut as Victor from Yuri!!! On Ice. Wouldn't it be cute if in Hades 2, they brought Zag and Than back and had a little reference to Yuri and Victor? Like Than asks to borrow a bloodstone or something, and Zag drops it in front of him, and Than goes to grab it, and Zag pokes his hair. 😅😊🥰

I mean, in myth EVERYONE feared Thanatos except Hades, but even he was usually depicted as not being able to do much to or about him.

This dialogue is absolutely incredible, such a powerful lovely character moment but how Thanatos's voice cracks while saying "He and I...." It's SO funny to me. It's like the most expressiveness we've heard in his voice and the logical part of me knows he is full of True Fear at this moment at what punishment Hades might inflict on him but it also just sounds like he just got caught sleeping with Lord Hades's son and is Panicking about it. Like. "My lord....I uhhh. He and I, we um. Your son...he...hm....uhhhh" Amazing interaction 10/10

You really have to love that Hades actively recognizes the Underworld is still only his realm to manage but its denizens don't owe him their lives. They all still have their own choices, the best one is to just abide by the House.

I beat the fourth boss on somewhere around my 15th escape attempt. I think this caused me to miss some dialogue, because I was 'supposed' to require more attempts. Annoying.
