I just past 16 years old & was forced kicked out from my home town Guangzhou to Basha, Hainan island. 22 rmb a month & worked like a dog. 05/15/1974 my first escape to Macau failed & was captured by the China border guard.. was in jail for 2 weeks in Guangzhou jail & was sent back to Hainam. 2nd attempt 10/16/1974, night before typhoon arrive hong kong , I successfully reached Macau. the escape trip included 4 nights climbing hills & over 4 hours swimming ...... de Miami, florida
