I didn't read all the comments below, but in case noone mentioned it, Ale (the bass player) wrote Dust to Dust when she was 11. Then again she was playing Muse bass lines cleanly when she was 9.

As a 63 year old rocker that has been involved in rock my whole life. I have seen hundreds of bands come and go but this is something special. And these young ladies are getting ready to rocket to super stardom ! Just mad at myself for only discovering them after the release of their latest album. I could have seen them perform in a club not far from where I live but didn't know about them. Now if I ever do get a chance to see them it will be in a huge arena. They are the best rock band today hands down.

Best Rock Band in 40 years ! I’ve seen them all and these ladies are the Real Deal ! Nothing phony, no gimmicks just Pure Remarkable Talent ! I’ve seen them all in my 60 plus years but have Never come across anything like this … 3 sisters, 3 masterful musicians , 3 phenomenal songwriters ! Dany the guitarist just turned 25 last week, I believe Pau , the drummer is 22 or 23 and Ale just turned 20 last month. They have been a performing band for about 11 years ! Enjoy the journey, you won’t be sorry !

It is amazing how large they look on stage but are very small physically

Ale holds down the bottom end, fills the space of the rhythm guitar when needed, plays lead bass lines in many songs, sings low and falsetto harmonies, and keeps her sisters in line on stage. And she just turned 20. Definitely the special sauce of the band.

Did you notice they didnt just switch guitars. They switched the guitar strap from the 1st guitar to the 2nd guitar at the same time. lol Greatest move ever. They obviously rehearshed the exact choreographed moves to do when switching guitars mid song. As you said the guitar tech did great. U can see Stevie doesnt just undo to power cord to his amps. He also undoes both ends of the strap while moving his left hand to the neck to hand his guitar back to the tech over his left shoulder while reaching for the new guitar coming in on his right. While we all focus on his handi hand work, most of us dont notice he also dropped the unhooked strap on purpose with his right hand. The tech swaps guitars. Quickly sets the old guitar on the ground, grabs the old strap while he's down there and comes up already hooking the front part of the strap on the neck side them hooks the right hand side. Classix great vid clip.

Stevie is so blues he couldnt stop blues-ing even when his blues maker broke. He just kept on blues-ing. lol

Hi FYI Ale was only pkaying a month before they started the band. When Ale sings everyone 😍 is cheering. Ale wrote the base part at the beginning of Dust to Dust when was about 11. Ale is also with Specter since she was between 13 and 16. FYI Dany has been gifted with 3 guitars. The 1st was Lzzy Hale from Halestorm the white one. The 2nd is Yellow Mustard Guitar from Matt Bellamy from Muse and the 3rd is from Orianthi . Dany is with PRS . Pau also runs the screen behind them and has all the clicks . Muse are their idols. You should react to Allison's 2 videos interviewing the Warning

Dull Knives was played on a charity Live stream back in 2019 with Danny Wimmer Presents. Matt Pinfield and Allison Hagendorf was the hosts. They was in California, and The Warning was in their home studio in Monterrey Mexico, affectionately named The Warning Cave. In the chat for the stream, Lzzy Hale of Halestorm saw them and said she wants them to open for her band on tour someday. Well, in 2022, They did indeed join Halestorm, The Pretty Reckless, and Lilith Czar for two Tours that year all across the USA. Summer Tour, and Fall tour. I went to both, and to this day, the best concerts I have ever been to! Please check out the older content too. It's all bad azz. ⚡

You are right, Kelley, when you say that the bass fills the spaces, but so do the drums. Both Alejandra and Paulina are not “minimalist” performers, and that is why they fill any space.

Ale and Pau said they spent countless hours of practice learning to play in sync. Pau said she would stare at Ale's fingers as they played. Now, if you watch Pau, you can see how she moves to Ale's baselines as she plays.

In my headcannon the stop was the only thing that managed to make the song, slightly, longer after several failed attempts but just like Dany said: "If you want it to be longer you could always listen to it twice!" You're right about these ladies being consummate professionals, still young but over 11 years as a band already and it shows. They not only compliment each other musically but personalitywise as well, Ale brings the swagger, Pau the passion and Dany the entertainment. Never thought I would travel halfway across the world to see a band in their home country but next tuesday I'm off to Mexico to be part of that crowd!

You know, it is curious that when a reactor notices some similarities of TW with other bands, in this case my chemical romance, turns out to be there a real connection with them in one way or another, you know?.. I mean, yesterday morning I saw a reaction of them in an interview from 2022 done in a record store in LA, and when talking about other bands they like, Dany mentioned MQR, they love the band. It's funny that Ive seen maybe like 10 different references as yours, and for some reason, there's always a relation with those other band they mention. It may happen all the time with any band, but never noticed it until I follow TW. Graet reaction, I enjoyed it.

You are correct in pointing out the amount of space that Ale occupies within The Warning songs. There is a live performance video of them covering Muse, when Ale was ten years old and she plays the complex basslines switching back and forth from underhand to overhand technique - again at TEN YRS. OLD!❤
