Aside from Armin's face this scene is insane. Armin taking responsibility for creating the utopic world view Eren had, and therefore for the genocide is something we should as a society let sink in.

This is what happens when you over-analyze the smallest details and come up with the completely wrong conclusions. Not everything shown in the manga are clues for future plot points. Why think that Eren and Historia meeting supposedly means they want to make children? They're in a country on the verge of war and there must be a secret discussion between the country's leader (Historia) and the holder of the country's strategic assets (Eren) to plan the country's defense strategy. So with Historia's daughter... I personally suspected that Historia was already planning with Farmer Kun (a childhood friend that she grew close to) to have a baby and she asked Eren what what he thought if she were to have a child... in a situation where the country was going to war. If you were pregnant you wouldn't be effective in leading, that's why Eren will carry out his own plan to fight Marley. Not to mention she was protecting herself. This is what actually happened.

Where was this mikasa has to kill erin prophecy? They literally show an alternate timeline where erin and mikasa are living in solidtude..... The reason there can't be peace is because, everyone has a justified reason for their actions. After finding out who annie, bertholt, and reiner were and what they've been through, you can't really tell them to let it go and that erin and pardis are the good guys. They were just brainwashed children being thrown into war. Armin's talk with annie about good and bad people eludes to this idea. To the viewers and erin, marley and the titans are bad, but they think the same about the eldians of paradis. This is why erin is so passive in the talk he has with reiner in marley. He even says if he were in reiner's place he would have done the same. After everything he experienced, Erin saw that the only possible way to end the conflict was to be the monster that would become the larger threat to make them stop fighting each other. He saw that as the power shifted with each move, alliances shifted against the largest percieved threat. He knew threatening the whole world would force everyone to unite against him.

Yelena's ideological gluttony presents a massive irony with her. In chapter 127, Yelena talks about how the Alliance gulp down the idea of "saving the world" as if it washes away all the sins they've committed. Yet she does the exact same damn thing. She believes that by assisting Zeke in "saving the world" via euthanisation, it justifies her own sins. Such as providing all of Eldia's military with tainted wine that turns them into Titans, or assisting with the attack on Liberio. Yelena has just as much blood on her hands as everyone else at the campfire. Yet she's so eager to call out everyone else for their sins. What makes this even more hypocritical is that unlike the Scouts and Warriors, who joined the military for survival reasons and were following orders, Yelena is a rich Marleyan who threw herself in 'the forest' because she has a hard-on for Zeke. Side note: she also doesn't call out Magath who, you know, sent the Warriors to attack Paradis. Only the Warriors themselves. Conclusion: Yelena is a hypocrite. She's the AoT equivalent of a spoiled rich kid hating on soldiers who were forced into war
