Thanks ❤ But explanation of 8 and reation to IAN isn't clear enough 😢
Hi there, This video shows 8 signs on panoramic that increase the chance of close contact between the third molar and IANC. So if you see these signs its better to order a CBCT scan before any intervention. If you have any questions I will be delighted to answer.
Wow. Very informative. Thanks🎉
Glad if it was helpful

Hi there I don't speak in Hindu, I had to translate what you said. If they are removable stain due to coffee, cigarettes', bacteria they can be removed by a dentist with ultrasonic. namaste, main hindoo bhaasha mein baat nahin karata, aapane jo kaha usaka mujhe anuvaad karana pada. yadi ve kophee, sigaret, baikteeriya ke kaaran hataane yogy daag hain to unhen dant chikitsak dvaara altraasonik ke saath hataaya ja sakata hai.
Sir in brain CT SCAN it is written " small polypoidal mucosal thickening in left maxillary" past 6 months i feel constant pressure in the nose area. Is it cancerous??
Hi there. No need to worry about cancer. Lets simplify the report. When mucosal thickening happens, sometimes instead of being flat inside the sinus it makes a polypoid shape we call it polypoidal mucosal thickening. Your symptoms seems to be sinusitis. Pleases refer to an ENT for further evaluation.
@dentoradiology3212 thank you sir much appreciated 👍. Sir Last question is there any possibility it might become cancerous in future??
Girl i pray for u day and night I really couldn't understand anything from white pharoah! But your animation and colored pictures saved me😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

There is mild thickening of the mucosal lining of both maxillary sinuses and opacification of a left ethmoidal air cell what should I do?
Hi there. Sometimes a cold or an allergy can cause a mild thickening in the sinuses especially the maxillary sinus and ethmoid air cells. Bilateral opacification is mostly viral or allergic. The clinical signs are also important like PND, pain in the face and etc. Sometimes when there is no clinical signs, no treatment is needed. If you have clinical signs you should refer to your doctor for further examination.

Can I send you my CT of my sinuses. ENT says possible compromise of drntsl implant into maxillary sinus. Dentist says theres no way according to x ray.. how do I send it?
Hello madam I cnt able to allow my dental procedures because of gagging reflex how can you help me
Green tea is good
Can you please explain how @4:45 you got DL and DB roots? I thought it would be the opposite since the distal root that was in the original image also moved distally (opposite of the PID, just like the MB root). Thus, it should also be DB?
could you please put the anatomical landmark and reading of cbct?
Super clear! Thank you so much for this amazing video! :D
having tried so many ways to get rid of my bad breath problem that was not successful makes me very sad until i met Dr. Emovon on TH-cam who helped me cure my bad breath successfully

Thank you so much. U re a good teacher
Thank you so muchhhhhh. I appreciate that 😍
You COULD have let it slip in the intro... what Dento caries is... Turns out it's tooth decaies.
Thank you thank you, i was looking for ideas to manage gag reflex for an assignment and you summed up pretty much all the ideas i have found on PubMed ! Great work thank you again <3 Ps: the only thing you didn’t mentioned here is *Aromatherapy with peppermint essential oil* so i am curious if it is because you found it doesn’t work much ??
Is this a painful treatment??
Hi there. No its not painful. Injectable local anesthesia is not required for stain removal. My patients often feel just a tickle and vibration.😀
Skip the crap and go to 1:52
I am okay with any comment, even if one minute of the video was helpful, I am glad.
Hi, I had 2 CBCTs done since mid-February and now my other dentist wants a 3rd one. Is it okay to get a 3rd one in like two months?
Hi there. Great question. Some CBCT scans are with small field of view (FOV) so the radiation dose is much less. We have FOV with only one single tooth, also FOV with the whole skull. The same CBCT can be used if it contains the information that we need, if not another CBCT must be taken. You can ask your dentist to check your radiography documents.
Thanks❤
Thank you for watching🙂
Tnx, it was really good. Can I ask a question? How we can reduce the ghost artifact of the opposite site of the mandible?is it possible to reduce the ghost image by changing the canine laser? I mean, sometimes there are too many ghost artifact of both mandible at the both sides.
Hi there. Thanks for watching. Well it can be reduced, but we always have the ghost imaged even if it's not seen clearly. If the patient is positioned in the right focal trough and not too far ( towards the tube ) or we can say the canine laser should not be set too far ahead. In Addition, the less head rotation the less mandibular ramus ghost. May be this video might help you. th-cam.com/video/a5UDsOUiqik/w-d-xo.htmlsi=FrX42a5ubAZbzIbE The last section of the video.
Thanks.
Thank u for watching.
Appreciate the effort, wish there was some evidence so I can understand the mechanisms better. 🙏
I am 15.I've been struggling with the same problem since childhood. Please recommend a permanent solution to prevent these type of bacterial stains🥺..... Been struggling a lot....
Hi there. There are antimicrobial mouthwashes that can decrease these stain, but you should always have a checkup once a year. I do have a lot of patient's that have these stains, but they are free from bacteria's that cause caries. They are actually free caries!! I always say look on the bright side.🙂
Why it just keep coming back i have no idea please tell me whether it is my diet or something else
Don't eat gutka
What happens in sinus discharge clinically?
The drainage of all paranasal sinuses is inside the nasal cavity. So when you blow your nose the mucosa comes out.🙂 If there is an obstruction of the sinus ostium, we can have some drainage but most of the mucosa is trapped inside the sinus causing pain, infection, and swelling.
This is really great, I just wish there was no annoying music at the same volume level as voice
Hi there, Thank you for your comment. This was one of my first videos. Sorry about the music.
I'm here for the right reason. 🪥 😁
Thank uhh so much ma'am ❤

I'm supposed to have 2 teeth pulled next week. Top far back left. I was told the X-Ray showed they are inside the sinus cavity and that the Dr will attempt to close the hole between the sinus and mouth... I'm VERY nervous. What happens if he can't close it?
Same but I have 2 upper wisdom teeth in there. They told me it could happen to have water come out my nose when I drink and they'll place me under antibiotics. I'm also lucky that my bottom wisdom teeth are deep inside the bone and my mental nerve might lose sensation for a few days to weeks🎉😢
I would think it's easy to close, they just told me because both my teeth were in there so it's in case there's a leak while healing... I'm someone who only enjoys flat water naturally, so it wouldn't be a problem to just drink that, and they'll always suture, your body will finish the closing... Don't worry, if it's possible take it when you're awake so they can make you blow air into the holes to be sure the suture is tight
@ir9152.... heyyy how are you now. I just got to know same thing today from the doctors. And an also very scared. Please give me update of your current situation...
I'm great! Turns out they were able to pull them without the result being a huge hole. I did have a small bone fragment appear a while layer but it wiggled it's way out on it's own after 2 weeks. It wasn't nearly as bad as I anticipated. Good luck!
A bit relief after you massege. Thanks alot❤️. Was the procedure painful?
❤️❤️💕
Thank you
Just finished a week of 500 amoxicillin x 3 a day with a tooth infection I have been fighting for years ... my cheek bones are actually showing and my teeth still have to come out at 300 a peice x 3 ... dont care I have put this off for so long and the infection was constantly draining in to my neck glands .. hospital visits and weaning amoxicillin for months on end to stop the infection wow .... I feel normal for once and still need them removed asap couldn't even touch the nose nasal area because of the tooth . Will keep you informed when the teeth are pulled .
How are you now? I just noticed my back molar is broke. Never knew. My thyroid is a bit tender. Breath has stunk for a long while. Headaches. Headaches. Back of the head. Temples. Sometimes a ring around the head headache. Chest pains sometimes, but i have anxiety. I had another tooth that needed a root canal, but it was denied, and there was errors, insurance issues and negligence at dentist office. That was last July. They said the cavity is quite deep
Thank you
