So long as they protect my wrist and hands I don’t care if the leather/plastic on the outside wears out . But I agree get the ones u want and enjoy doing it. Also the gloves can influence the way u train for example some are better for throwing hooks and others for straight punches. Train for yourself fight for your life 😉

The RFX were probably one of the best purchases of my life. I had quantum for about 80€ before, and would have never thought that the rival would be sooooo good

Thanks for sharing with us a review of these shoes. I do have concerns and questions. I do a lot of footwork drills and i also run. Would these shoes be suitable for running as well or is this strictly for boxing? Have you had anyone damage the soul of these shoes? This is often my problem and im going through expensive shoes like every three months. I appreciate anyone who answers. Thanks

I’m currently using Venum Elite gloves and considering upgrading to Rival, Winning, Hayabusa or Cleto Reyes. However, I’ve heard that Cleto Reyes gloves aren’t ideal for sparring. Since I need all-purpose gloves, Rival seems to be the best option. I was considering the Guerrero P4p / Winning around 300€ to 400€ or T3 / Rs11v around 180€. Let me know your advice.

What about RDX f6 kara boxing gloves, are they any good?

Perfect video. I have a 2 years old and a 10 months old. Want to get them to box only because I want them to build discipline. And keep their brains undamaged. Life in adulthood will require money and a real money making job / business whatever. But fundamental should be strong.

What do you think the most protective glove you have is? I'm always having issues with my right hand in the knuckle area.

I have the same Rivals, unreal glove had them nearly a year now. Problem I have with the gloves is they stink! Tried using hand sanitiser before each session and always wear clean wraps, to prevent it happening but still happened any stink! Any tips to prevent it happening in the future or is just that type of glove is prone to it more because of the material opposed to like a leather Reyes?

The diference between rival rb and rs series is the rb's foam is much harder and also a lot heavier (that why they come in size, not oz) the rb series basically is not recommended to be used in sparring since the foam too hard and may deal damage to your opponent

Can you use lace and loops with the RS1 2.0. Or would i be beter to just get a velcro glove instead

RDX C4 are great under 100 USD, i bought from official storee 30-55 USD 😅.. the s4 bazooka are under 50usd right now.. the velcro failds afters 6 month use :(

I have the S4 since about a year, 1 and a half hour boxing 3 times a week, the wrist padding is really good, some bad points i noticed, the foam started splitting where the thumb is attached and the sweat absorbing fabric doesn't really absorb much and it just keep the stinks in unlike the leather areas.

I bought my new pair of Fairtex, which is the BGL-6. I had the bgv21 (sold it), but a realize it didn’t have the grip bar on the fist area and it was too similar to my Red BGV1. I’m looking forward to have these BGL6 (laced version of the bgv6), it is coming to Brasil, from amazon. I find it, on TH-cam and other medias, that the bgl6 is superior for wrist support, more than the bgv6, it doesn’t have that angular bar. 16oz for sparring and I bought a Lace and Loop for these beauties. Love this brand and I’m 100% a boxing guy. I don’t care much about thai, but they do make top tier products, and it works fine on training… greeting! Nice video btw

Are these good for sparring

What's the difference between them? How's the padding? Compare them please.

I have Hayabusa T3 Kanpeki that I have used for years. Not a ton, just in my home gym for cardio here and there. For some reason my left middle knuckle has started hurting while using them. Hard to think with the little use I have on them that the padding has worn that much. I don't know what has changed.

As an amateur muay thai fighter when you do semi contact and are allowed to wear the normal padded shin gaurds (full contact they provide the sock slip style thin ones) venum elite evos are the best. Reason one, no metal loops, reason 2 they don't slip around at all, reason 3 they have a Velcro over Velcro strap system so there's no abrasive points of contact that can wear out your straps and last reason the straps themselves are 2 inches thick and really get you a good bite. They are also a less chunky profile than traditional Thai gaurds if you're into that.

Google Ringworm and how it works. You can get it any time you are in contact with someone that has it. Even from animals that have it. So yes, if you are sparring with someone that has Ringworm, you can absolutely get it.

Unfortunately for normal people once you get a pair of winning gloves the most common thing I see is people baby it lol or just use it for sparring and have a separate pair for bag work and mitts.
