Cold shower ke liye thanda paani ata hai kya bhaiya
Yes
Is gym unisex ?
Yep
Brother is the the right thing to move towards bitsat? As i am not at all confident about my jee and theres only 40 days left for the exam? Should i start focusing on bitsat as well as boards? And leave jee? Please answer this🙏
I’d say you should still give your best shot in the remaining days you have for jee, if it goes really bad then immediately shift your focus to bitsat and practice as much as possible for it
using Vape in hostel and posting it is so wierd
Bhaiya how much marks we need in bitsat to secure 100% scholarship in first sem?? Please reply
Hey man weird question but i just wanted to ask this, as an obese guy who just started gym, ive definately noticed many changes. Im just concerned about a few things.. as I'm fat i thought id be very very strong like my bench would easily be 70+ kgs or smth turns out its 30kg for 5-7 reps only.. is this normal? I mean am i fat but weak? i feel like a girl when i put 5kgs both side of the 20kg barbell when other obviously skinnier guys lift 50-60-70kgs easily .... The only machine i feel good on is leg press as 140-150 kg isn't much for me at all i can go higher but am avoiding it as I don't want any injury, other men go for 80-120 kgs and i feel better
Hey buddy, first of all, it’s great that you’ve started your gym journey. What you're experiencing is completely normal. Strength doesn’t always directly correlate with size, especially if someone is new to working out. A lot of your initial strength will depend on factors like muscle mass, how efficiently your brain communicates with your muscles, and past activity levels. Also, its common for people to have varying strengths in different movements. You're naturally stronger in the leg press because your legs have been used to carrying your body weight daily, so they’ve developed more endurance and strength over time. Upper body strength, like on the bench press, may take longer to develop because those muscles might not have been as engaged in your daily life. Things will get better only with practice, so give it some time. From my personal experience, I'd just say try not to compare yourself with others as it only affects your confidence and progress. Just trust the process and make sure you're going in the right direction. Hope that helps!
@adityakorde thanks man, I'm not comparing it just asking if it was normal as in I've seen skinny people complain about what I was complaining about so I thought why not ask you if it was normal or if I am just weak 💀. Anyways I have another question.. you lost 30kgs in 1 year I'm about the same starting weight about 95 kgs Target weight is 75 kgs hoping to gain muscle as well as lose weight so that 75 is justified (5ft 8in). What is the best way to go about it agressive or slow? As agressive would result in loose skin which I saw in the video you had some as well, what can we do about loose skin? Does it go away naturally or needs surgery or smth? Wanted to ask you about this with respect to loose skin, should I go slow 2-3 kgs a month/1-2 kgs or 4-5 .. etc
@@Guts-v4e I actually did my fat loss pretty quickly at first, but now I’m focusing more on building muscle while staying in a 500 calorie deficit each day. This lets me lose around 2 kg a month, which I’ve found is a good balance, fast enough to make progress but slow enough to avoid too much loose skin. If your body fat percentage is above 35, consider doing a rapid fat loss phase for 6 weeks then slow the process down gradually. If there’s a lot of loose skin, it might not go away completely, and surgery could be an option if it really bothers you. Personally, I would give my body enough time to see if my loose skin goes away or not. Since its only been about 1.5 years that im training, giving it time and then taking a decision is the best option for me. Also, focus more on your body composition than the numbers on the weighing scale. This will help you focus more on muscle growth So I'd say experiment with a rapid fat loss phase first (losing around 1kg/week) for 6 weeks and then slow it down to losing 2kgs per month. During this process, your maximum focus should be on your daily protein intake, that's non negotiable. Hope that helps!
Aditya bhaiya One question Kya Campus me jo nahane ka paani hai hard hai ki soft hai I mean ki skin and hair related problems to nhi ayengi na ?
I think the water here is normal. At least I didn't have any skin or hair related issues because of water
Broo plz can u help me in my transformation iam preparing for bits dropper gym aur padhai manage nahi horahi
If you face issues in managing time, try planning things before itself. I feel everyone can take out an hour from their schedule daily for physical activity, it’s just about setting priorities straight
@adityakorde broo thx for reply my problem is diet i go to gym but gharwale diet ka khana nahi dete what to do iam trying to think cook my own food
Most of us overcomplicate things and think that "diet food" is something different. Just try to include 25-30gm of protein in each of your major meal during the day. This protein could be in any form like whole foods (eggs, chicken, soya, paneer, tofu, curd) or whey protein. Make a combination of the foods you like and include these sources in your food. Keep it simple
@@adityakorde thanku broo will try to do it agle saal milthe hai bits goa mein aarahu pucca
all the best!
one more question is there too much humidity in the campus? if yes does it get really uncomfortable at night?
The campus during summers does get very humid and yeah it’s an issue we all face during night as well. But we’re used to it now lol
Bhaiya, do you think a middle-class student can afford studying at BITS? Are there any scholarship? Please reply , as your response will motivate me to work more harder
Yes there are scholarships available here. One is a merit scholarship which depends on your performance in the semester. The other one is a merit-cum-need scholarship which depends on your annual income as well, the criteria for this changes every year as far as I know. Hope that helps!
@@adityakorde thank u bhaiya for your reply , keep it up we love to watch your videos
For merit u need 9.8 cg but with mcn(annual parent income less than 15L combined) , u can get 40% off with even 6 CG. That's it.
one question can you stay on campus at bits goa in summer vacations?
Yes if you’re doing a minor
This is incredible, great work Aditya 🔥🔥
Thank you bhaiya!
Good work brother but I'm someone who a bit fit I've muscles but I'm still struggling with a few vices like cigarettes and leaves I try to minimize them as much as I can but I still do it bro I'm not very proud of it but at the same time can't quit it cold turkey.
Hey, first off, big respect for staying fit, that’s a huge accomplishment. I know breaking habits like cigarettes isn’t easy, but the fact that you're aware and wanting to change says a lot about your strength. You can change yourself, only if you badly want to 💪
keep going bud 💪🏻
Yep, stronger every day 🙌
Adi Bhaiya Me abhi 12th me hu jee mains ki koi umeed nhi hai , class me phone chala chala ke 11th aur adha 12th barbad kar diya bits ke liye soch rha hu kaise cope karu itna portion itne kam time me aur parents bol rhe hai mains dena padega please Help!!
My advice would be to first make a routine for yourself, quit all things that take your time. Its important to realise that exams are nearing and there is very little time left. Focus on your strong chapters and practice more questions on those. Start attempting mock tests and analyze them in detail. Once you answer mains you'll realise your prep levels which is important for bitsat prep as well. Just be consistent with your work, you will do well. All the best!
Great transformation journey Aditya! The difference in physique and confidence you had in older vs newer videos is very noticeable. What a lot of people who don't workout realize is that it also uplifts the self-confidence and mood of the person which directly transfers to the studies as well. Sitting in a room for long hours (like JEE people do) is not very good for health. One should try to balance that out by working out regularly. Hope this journey continues and you keep doing well🙌
Thank you so much! I never gave importance to my physical well being but now when I feel better in my own skin, I've realised its true value!
I appreciate your work
Thanks buddy!

do u think bits goa was worth it? Do u think pilani would hv been better?
For me Goa was always on priority due to its location and yes it was worth it
You are what you consume whether mentally or physically is such a true saying. My self hatred had made me gain a lot of weight during 2019 but when I changed the way I thought I started taking care of my physical health and everything did change. Mental and physical well being are inter related. Whatever you said is absolutely true 💯
Happy that you were able to bring a change in yourself!
transformation was crazy bro keep the grind 💪
It was my dream college. Nhi kar paya crack due to some circumstances. I feel this regret everyday. Currently in JMI, New Delhi doing Electronics engineering but my heart is still stuck for BITS. I was already a dropper and this year JEE was a bloodbath. You’re living my dream dude. All the Best to you <3
Hey, I really appreciate your comment! I can totally understand how you feel. But keep believing in yourself bud, great things are on their way 🙌
Very nicely said and an eye opener for young kids in college who will understand that health is foundation for their career and every thing and this is right time to fix it and have it
Thank you, glad you liked it!
