    Great transformation journey Aditya! The difference in physique and confidence you had in older vs newer videos is very noticeable. What a lot of people who don't workout realize is that it also uplifts the self-confidence and mood of the person which directly transfers to the studies as well. Sitting in a room for long hours (like JEE people do) is not very good for health. One should try to balance that out by working out regularly. Hope this journey continues and you keep doing well🙌

      Thank you so much! I never gave importance to my physical well being but now when I feel better in my own skin, I've realised its true value!

    Hey man weird question but i just wanted to ask this, as an obese guy who just started gym, ive definately noticed many changes. Im just concerned about a few things.. as I'm fat i thought id be very very strong like my bench would easily be 70+ kgs or smth turns out its 30kg for 5-7 reps only.. is this normal? I mean am i fat but weak? i feel like a girl when i put 5kgs both side of the 20kg barbell when other obviously skinnier guys lift 50-60-70kgs easily .... The only machine i feel good on is leg press as 140-150 kg isn't much for me at all i can go higher but am avoiding it as I don't want any injury, other men go for 80-120 kgs and i feel better

      Hey buddy, first of all, it’s great that you’ve started your gym journey. What you're experiencing is completely normal. Strength doesn’t always directly correlate with size, especially if someone is new to working out. A lot of your initial strength will depend on factors like muscle mass, how efficiently your brain communicates with your muscles, and past activity levels.
      Also, its common for people to have varying strengths in different movements. You're naturally stronger in the leg press because your legs have been used to carrying your body weight daily, so they’ve developed more endurance and strength over time. Upper body strength, like on the bench press, may take longer to develop because those muscles might not have been as engaged in your daily life. Things will get better only with practice, so give it some time.
      From my personal experience, I'd just say try not to compare yourself with others as it only affects your confidence and progress. Just trust the process and make sure you're going in the right direction.
      Hope that helps!

      @adityakorde thanks man, I'm not comparing it just asking if it was normal as in I've seen skinny people complain about what I was complaining about so I thought why not ask you if it was normal or if I am just weak 💀. Anyways I have another question.. you lost 30kgs in 1 year I'm about the same starting weight about 95 kgs Target weight is 75 kgs hoping to gain muscle as well as lose weight so that 75 is justified (5ft 8in). What is the best way to go about it agressive or slow? As agressive would result in loose skin which I saw in the video you had some as well, what can we do about loose skin? Does it go away naturally or needs surgery or smth? Wanted to ask you about this with respect to loose skin, should I go slow 2-3 kgs a month/1-2 kgs or 4-5 .. etc

    • @adityakorde
      @adityakorde  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Guts-v4e I actually did my fat loss pretty quickly at first, but now I’m focusing more on building muscle while staying in a 500 calorie deficit each day. This lets me lose around 2 kg a month, which I’ve found is a good balance, fast enough to make progress but slow enough to avoid too much loose skin. If your body fat percentage is above 35, consider doing a rapid fat loss phase for 6 weeks then slow the process down gradually.
      If there’s a lot of loose skin, it might not go away completely, and surgery could be an option if it really bothers you. Personally, I would give my body enough time to see if my loose skin goes away or not. Since its only been about 1.5 years that im training, giving it time and then taking a decision is the best option for me.
      Also, focus more on your body composition than the numbers on the weighing scale. This will help you focus more on muscle growth
      So I'd say experiment with a rapid fat loss phase first (losing around 1kg/week) for 6 weeks and then slow it down to losing 2kgs per month. During this process, your maximum focus should be on your daily protein intake, that's non negotiable. Hope that helps!

      Hey, first off, big respect for staying fit, that’s a huge accomplishment. I know breaking habits like cigarettes isn’t easy, but the fact that you're aware and wanting to change says a lot about your strength. You can change yourself, only if you badly want to 💪

      My advice would be to first make a routine for yourself, quit all things that take your time. Its important to realise that exams are nearing and there is very little time left. Focus on your strong chapters and practice more questions on those. Start attempting mock tests and analyze them in detail. Once you answer mains you'll realise your prep levels which is important for bitsat prep as well. Just be consistent with your work, you will do well. All the best!

      If you face issues in managing time, try planning things before itself. I feel everyone can take out an hour from their schedule daily for physical activity, it’s just about setting priorities straight

    • @adityakorde
      @adityakorde  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Most of us overcomplicate things and think that "diet food" is something different. Just try to include 25-30gm of protein in each of your major meal during the day. This protein could be in any form like whole foods (eggs, chicken, soya, paneer, tofu, curd) or whey protein. Make a combination of the foods you like and include these sources in your food. Keep it simple
