Thank you brother! I do cold plunges and breathing techniques daily but when I originally started I did cold showers because that allowed me to slowly adapt to the cold with somewhat of a safety net.
It depends on what your goal is with the specific workout. To improve technique, I would recommend locking out. For achieving a pump anything goes. Best of luck with your training brother!
No doubt that doing 100 pull ups per workout results in crazy gains, however Its better to progressivly overload and do for example 4 sets of 12 reps of pullups, if you can do more than 12 reps of normal pullups then you would add weight or change pullup variation to like archer pull ups or something that would challenge you Do what you want, cant go wrong with calisthenics
Yes of course. There are many different ways to build muscle my friend and I would suggest experimenting until you find something that works for you that you enjoy doing.

When you understand the legs at the body with a straight back, then your press does not work! The function of the press is to bring the ribs to the hip joint, that is, TWISTING!
