Beautiful dancers and some great combinations, but the crossed wrists are killing me . Counterintuitive to engaging your back. I would just have them put only one finger on the barre if the reasoning is for them not to press against it too much.

Hello. I am a huge fan and have been doing two of your pointe videos almost daily for the past 7 months. I have gained strength and a deeper understanding as how to use my feet. I was following along to 2 videos featuring Alba Nadal. I logged on yesterday to do the pointe class and noticed they have been deleted. Can you PLEASE post them back on your page. It was the 37 min Power pointe barre and a slightly shorter one featuring Alba. They were great to do back to back. Thank you for all that you do, Lynn! <3

Partner came in while I was doing these, watched for a while then said: 'How can you do something so boring for so long?' It's only boring if you don't work right and with focus. If you work right, you've got a thousand things to think of at the same time and it's not boring, it's a challenge.

Thank you so much for your beginners videos. I’m an adult beginner pointe student with one year of pointe training after a year and a half of pre-pointe training. A question re: rises at the barre- my teacher has us eleve to sixth en pointe (with straight legs)- we don’t ever plié and role up in sixth. I’m a bit confused as to why. Are you able to explain?
