Bethlehem sucks to live in as far as a lot of the places closing early and 80 of the place to get food from have employees who give no fucks about anything having to do with the brand they represent I regret moving here and the house market is so over priced to live buy and rent in they charge nyc prices for absolute disappointmen. There is Upper Saucon Township, and Lower Saucon Township. There is no "Saucon Valley". You need to do your research before posting on YT if you want people to take you seriously. This whole video is shot "on the fly". Stay in Pen Argyl, and stop acting like you're a worldly Lehigh Valley Realtor. This is NOT a great representation of Hellertown. You're walking and guessing.

#5 is not altogether the entire story. Pennsylvania has a 4.5% inheritance tax, which jumps to 15% if you don't leave your estate to your children. So an older person (me) might live another 5 or 10 years after moving to PA, then die. The inheritance tax my daughter would pay at 4.5% would increase the cost of my 5 or 10 years into the stratosphere! Add in the higher than average property taxes and .58C/gallon gasoline tax, and Pennsylvania isn't that cheap.

Your videos are so helpful, my family of 5 are planning to relocate from FL to Lehigh Valley and these videos are a great resource.

I know many Eastern Pennsylvanians and they highly recommend New Yorkers consider NJ instead. Many of them can’t afford housing anymore, they want their tranquility preserved and they don’t want the local politics changed.

I. Moved here 10 years ago to get away from the suburban life what a shit show that was .now it’s happening here only an idiot would not ask are you going to improve the main roads ? The answer is NOPE just wait until all the traffic hits Sullivan Trail and 611 the only two main roads that go through town . And just wait for your Rent gone way way up because the taxes there just going to pass it on

We are in Forks and love it here. There's alot of new development but don't forget about the not so old ,mature homes built in the 90s and early 2000s. Forks is a great neighborhood that's close to everything including the NJ border . It a great location for traveling to NY and NJ for work. Close to trendy center square in Easton. Garlic Fest Bacon Fest and the awesome Herritage Day and more.

Seems like one of the most sensible places to live in America - not too big, not too small, close to exciting big cities, close to bigger airports if needed, beautiful surrounding countryside. Packed with history. Four seasons. Reasonable cost. What's not to like?

That old Detwiler building is the police station and town hall complex.

I did get to topur the real factory as a kid part of a cub scout troop that required insane planing and a larg enough group for them to let you the plant. the Experience they have two retired factory crayon and marker machines for factory demos behind a glass safety wall and they put the samples in a vendor now in special wrappers. it's inspired by Hershey's chocolate world.

Whitehall where we keep out retail the Boscov's is a former Wanamake's , Jorden Park is part of the Allentown parks system not Whitehall the park there is behind the old Toys r us and Whitehall mall. the legendaey og mall.,former home of Clover. so you havent seen the one in center valley.

welcome to the 3rd Moravian colony and the largest the other two in the valley are Nazareth,and Emmaus. They had a theme. the founders of Bethlehem were kicked out of Nazareth, PA . Banna Factory is operated by Arts Quest who runs Musicfest, kristkindelmart,and Steel stacks.with the south bethlkehem visters center. Moravians are stilll a active worshiping religionthe major chang is that they now let non members live in the city the surrendering suburbs formed from people trying to get in like Bethlehem Township. BASD's Freedom High school is where the Rock went to school . liberty sucks.

Wow. I grew up in Williams Twsp and graduated from Wilson High in 1985. I sang in the choir at the candle lighting ceremony every year. My dentist was on one of those side streets, and my senior pic was at Olan Mills... again, located on a side street. And we banked at the Easton National Bank. I'm so thrilled to see how vibrant it has become since the 80's. If I ever move back, you've earned my business when looking for a house. I enjoyed that video. 😊
