    I have all the symptoms you mentioned since last 5 months. What is the solution? I have all the symptoms:- Fatigue Lightheaded Eye floaters Sugar cravings Muscle twitches Brain fog Dry skin Yellow/orange urine Is there any solution? I was following omad diet along with keto. I was taking steam on a daily basis. What to do now? Please give me solution.

    I am grateful to find your video. I am having all the symptom your mom have except for the kidney issue. Maybe not yet. But currently I am in huge trouble with dry eyes and that both my eyes are constantly watery. I never thought these have something to do with my lack of drinking habit. But now I do 😢

    Hi Jen, been watching since the beginning. Glad to see you again, loving the updates! I had my RNY 4 years ago. Lost 100 lbs then gained back 30, ugh. Trying to get back on track. It's hard because I can eat a lot and don't get sick anymore. Also been going thru a divorce so I'm stressed out. I'm also addicted to coffee but I do eat protein so I'm not anemic that I know of, I feel great mostly. Love your lip piercing :) Hope to see another video soon, By the way you need to be closer to the mike the last 2 videos I can only get every other word even with my computer sound turned to to high.

    Hi Milla, I stumbled upon your videos this morning. 8/26/20 Researching chronic dehydration for a client who struggles. I’m an RNY patient also, in 2005. I’m now a functional nutritional therapy practitioner (NTA), I am also autoimmune certified (Autoimmune Wellness and Dr. Sarah Ballantyne PhD), and a certified personal trainer through NASM. I originally lost 120 lbs on my own, then had RNY, and lost over 230 lbs total. I gained 75 lbs back when I resumed my old way of eating. Shortly after, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. I was cheating with sugar, alcohol, dairy, and grains. I also went vegan for about 6 months which really set the autoimmune off. I am now back down to less than my original goal weight following what I have learned in my education and the AIP Protocol. My autoimmune is in remission and I feel younger and healthier at age 52 then I did in my young 30’s. I give you my background so you understand that I have studied this extensively. I wanted to say the reason you still have an apatite when you are sick is because your immune system needs the nutrients to fight for your health. Our bodies use the nutrients we absorb to rebuild our bodies from the cell out and to fight infection and intruders in our bodies. Since you are missing 2/3 of your small intestine it is impossible to absorb enough nutrients to keep all of your systems running efficiently. When you are sick you need even more nutrients because our bodies use it up more quickly. Since your digestive tract is compromised, well does not see food anymore, even your chewable isn’t being absorbed well enough. It’s impossible. I’ve just found patches that I am testing for efficacy now. Liposomals are absorbed in your mouth, you can try those. But the patches are working so far so good. I have a complete protocol series I am using with them. Also, with RNY. It has been proven that within 3 to 6 months we have “leaky gut” and with leaky gut autoimmune shortly follows. So following the AIP Paleo Protocol was key for me. You can contact me directly at JoyouslyBalanced.com if you want to more information. Keep posting your videos. They are honest and sincere. I appreciate that.

    I’m so happy to see new videos! I have followed you since I had my surgery over 2 years ago and have been wondering how life has been the past few years for you. Interestingly for me, I have not been able to throw up since surgery. I have over eaten a few times and wished I could have but the food would just sit in my esophagus until my stomach could digest it. MISERABLE! Thank you for the info on the vitamins. I have been slacking off on them myself because my blood work always comes back normal. I am going to get back to being vigilant with them. I don’t want to deal with being anemic! Hope to see more videos soon.

Did not really feel much different honestly.... Now I have been having a little coffee.... Like first sip. Bing!!!!! wow! WTH lol.

    Just a thought because I just went through being sick with the stomach flu and I was confused and shocked due to the fact I still wanted to eat my husband had it too and was like how the heck can you eat anything 🤯 I dont know maybe we just really need the nutrients now before surgery you have reserves and stored energy now I feel like I'm survival mode most of the time as far as the nutrients I'm getting and absorbing I hope this made sense thanks for sharing 😍

I had such low iron when they discovered it that I was immediately given a blood transfusion, 4 iron transfusions and put on Proferrin (a heme iron supplement). I had my surgery in 2014 and I've kinda fallen off the wagon as well... Now that my iron is better - time to get some more weight off lol Heather xo

    In the 29 yes of living I've NEVER gone through anything this painful. I was constantly peeing and it burned really badly, and then I remembered someone saying something about the AZO pills, and when I went to my local grocery store to get it, an older lady told me that what I'm going g through is due to not drinking enough water. I don't have a car so most of my time is spent riding a bus, and since I didn't wanna risk peeking on myself. Now I'm taking AZO, drinking water, and cranberry juice and I feel good. I'm not going all times of the night, and day anymore, and I'm really starting to feel better.

    I heard that anxiety can develop in sleevers bc they get low on Vit B6 specifically, even though they may take a multi. I heard it’s good to take with B Complex. Wellbutrin does better things for mindless munching than Zoloft, but with anxiety as a symptom, they probably want u on Zoloft rather than Wellbutrin. But if B6 can fix the anxiety, then maybe u could switch to Wellbutrin after u mention ur anxiety is better and ur main concern is the snacking. Also eating foods high in vits & minerals like leafy greens rather than fake, chemical-laden snacks, convenience foods and even “diet foods” can help with cravings. To look younger try licorice extract tincture. Start slow and use low doses bc it can quickly raise blood pressure.

      @FoodOrFail I use to think the same thing. And for some reason I never liked drinking mineral/ spring waters. After many years of research and experimentation, I have found out that mineral come from food/ fruits are best, and not water. The minerals/ dirt- in water are inorganic, and the main cause of most diseases. And i know this to be true from experience. After 3 months of switching to distilled water my arthritis, kidney stones, constipation, diabetes, skin rashes, ulcers where slowly disappearing, and in 6 months were gone. They have been hidden this from us for years, pharmaceutical, medical, water businesses. All connected, a stinking business that has destroyed so many. But the truth is spreading, do your research. Utube, secrets the UN dosen't want us to know about distilled water. Utube, Andrew webber distilled water.

      @@beliver468 what about plastic bottles containing the distilled water? Haha always something. I will try it out and be sure to get enough minerals from food. What do you think of Redmond salt vs refined iodized salt?

    • @beliver468
      @beliver468 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dont worry about the plastic bottles, distilled water has a neg electric charge, so any thing that is inorganic will cling to it like a magnet and will have no harm to the body. But if you want to help save the planet , and stay away from plastic, buy a distiller. They are cheap and last a very long time, and you can make a gallon of pure distilled water for 5 cents in electric. I have heard that they do have some befits in curing digestion problems, but if you are healthy you dont need it. I stay away from salts, all salts are inorganic. When ever I have a health issue I fast, best medicine on the planet...

    • @eminemilly
      @eminemilly 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @we see the ligh thank you, i will look into a distiller or try some bottled distilled water for sure. well my migraines are caused by sodium loss and salt is the main thing that helps them. Sodium is naturally occurring in plenty of foods but it's usually not enough for me, I already ate low sodium for years since the government says salt is bad. There was a study showing people with migraines excreted more sodium in their urine. When you eat carbs sodium is drawn out of the cells and if you have migraines you have to replenish it or you'll get symptoms. I also had a fasting blood glucose of 100, at 25 and being skinny, which is prediabetic. after my childhood of eating junk food so my blood glucose control is making it worse. I never ate a lot of candy or anything but like subway and some processed grocery store foods. So it's been a year since I've eaten high glycemic foods, so maybe when I've healed that my migraines will improve more. But sodium is very important for neurotransmitters electric impulses and chloride is important for having adequate hydrochloric acid in your stomach so I'm not sure how moderate sodium intake is bad. Maybe look into Redmond salt which apparently is a salt mine that existed before human pollution and contains other minerals with it. Oh I missed your lastparagraph, i ,agree maybe if you are healthy you need less salt but i do actually have digestive issues since i was like 5 too. But my parents fed me junk and it was caused by eating those gross crackers with fake cheese in the middle and crap like that, I'm not even lactose intolerant. And yes good tip, I recently started fasting as well but just intermittently.i need to do research on how to fast safely as a woman who has always been skinny because I dont wanna lose weight. I'm assuming just eat more when you're not fasting haha. Thanks for the tips
