    Mike, you are the one man in this world that I admire the most. Two others would be Roger Federer and Jan Zelezny world record holder in men's Javelin.

    Wow a HAF 932! I haven't seen one of those in 10 years. That was the king of computer cases back in the day. Back when having an external water cooling setup was a feature.

    Really enjoyable to watch smart people with resources having fun, if society was made up of people like Mike we would have colonised Mars long ago.

    How handy can one guy be? Insanely cool project. Hands down the coolest bushplane in the world, by far. I m coming to Oskosh in 2019 from Antwerp, Belgium, to see the plane and hopefully shake your hand and congratulate you personally. Very, very impressed. Wow

    I've been watching this entire series and this is my favorite episode. I love seeing stuff designed in the digital world like this and testing the fluid dynamics on the altered air frame is the most entertaining thing. I wish there were STEP or IGES files we could download of this entire project.

Could you do a video about your background, your current profession, what got you into flying, how you learned to build aircrafts, and a tour of your hangar and details about all the equipment and planes\vehicles you have in there

    Hey, my family has been flying Wilgas back in Poland for many years and I always thought that the angled stick that was on the original, radial engined, Wilgas was a very neat idea as it was keeping your wrist in a more natural position. Have you ever thought about trying to mount that Ray Allen grip with a cant like the sticks on those Wilgas 35A ?

    What software are you using for the fluid modeling? How did you determine yield and ultimate on your engine mount? Did you model the resonate frequency of the engine & mount in combination with the natural frequency of the airframe? Did a PE look at the mod's? Looks like your doing some heavy duty mod's on a airframe not designed or stressed tested for them...or the loads your going to place on it. I wouldn't count on the +3 fudge factor to absorb the additional loads and stress. Stress and fatigue are cumulative.

    What does the coloring represent in the point cloud? Also, what software did you use with the Leica for the point cloud capture?

    • @MboniV
      @MboniV 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Usually they represent range, i.e. distance from the scanner. I can't say for sure what software it was, but Leica has a proprietary software called Cyclone that is used for scan co-registration and pre-processing.

    Jesus...with a fan on the PC of that size, are you sure they haven't stolen one of your props?! I mean, whenever I build a new PC, if the cooling needs require anything over a 140 size fan, it's scrapped for a custom water loop. I.e., pretty much all my gaming rigs. Lulz
