I never wet 200ml in a single wetting. With my continuous incontinence I drip and dribble all the time. The Molicare Slip Maxi can comfortable last me 6 hours if I'm not drinking too much fluids. They don't sag when supported by a onesie and I don't feel much wetness. I stress that they leak particularly easy when you have multiple floodings but for dribbling incontinence they are very good. It does make a difference when you wear a thinker/plastic all-in-one like I do at night because theses feel like you've not wearing IC pads which helps me with my confidence.
This product did very well in all of our slow drip tests! and they are very discreet which is why we named this product the "Most discreet" in our best of 2017 video!
@@RealWorldIncontinence I know you have IC issues yourself. I like this formate you have. I think to widen your audience you may want to look into European incontinence range of all-in-ones nappies/diapers?. I think you will have a wide audience this way. I think you're on to something unique with this formate as its the best testing on the internet at the moment. I just feel as a European person we are missing out as you primary test US products.
we have tested a few European products! and we plan to test products from All over the globe but we are limited by time and resources so are only able to test a few a year, We have just finished testing the ID Slip Expert Maxi (PE-backed) and that video will be available in just a few weeks!
Are still making new video's? I haven't seen any new ones in a bit. I find this to be the best reviews of any and products online. I am very interested in the new Mega max cloth back getting reviewed. I feel you have saved me several times from making a bad purchase for my type of incontinence. I have been incontinent my entire adult life and this site means a lot to all of us. So please know that we love you for all the time and money you spend making these video's.
Thank you for your support! due to covid and Financial mess that ensued forced us to shut down for a bit, not gone, but not able to produce videos, currently looking at trying to start up again but when we do, will be limited in scope. still trying to work this all out.
@@RealWorldIncontinence Well I really hope you can. I understand this economy just sucks more and more daily. Not looking like it will improve for a while either. I am on a fixed income trying to get by every month. Now I am paying $300 a month to stay dry and they just keep going up like everything else. I wish I could afford to help support you financially too. The best I can do is spread the word for you, and I do that every chance I get. Thank you for the reply. It, means a lot.
I don't like cloth backed pads due to sensory issues. I wear Molicare Slip Maxi. I find the wicking abilities much better then other manufacturers and they are comfortable and the plastic don't rustle. I would like you to test the Slip Maxis please.
Thank you. I think your testing methods are the best on the internet. I think what might be a added benefit is if your testing cloth backed pads is what their resistance is like to stretch because I always find that cloth backed one always become loser and for me don't feel as secure unlike plastic back pads. Thank you again.
username, I agree, I get the Super Plus from the NHS and at night in particular they always stretch and become so loose and saggy by the morning as I am a very heavy wetter but I have to give it to them that they very rarely leak but fully absorb all that pee in produce, by morning it is often soaked all the way front to back so it gets very heavy and if I stand because it's so loose it just falls down my legs to my feet.
@@jamesstevens6686 you need to use a plastic back one plastic with a landing pad. Mega Max is King in my eyes. But rears has some, I tried the purple ones and they have it too. Another good affordable one is Total dry secure X plus. in the US, 48 medium are $75 and are a great product that never loosens or tears. Even thou I am sometime fecal incontinent most the time I shimmy them down and back up to go #2 and they still do not stretch or pop a tape and tear a hole like many others. All three of those brands the tapes freaking stay stuck too.. That says a lot because my butt is bigger than my waste.
Great question! we use a custom Saline solution that matches the average sodium found in Urine as best as we are able , we make the fluid in small 4L batches and mix two batches together for the testing in theory will keep any slight variations reduced and the amount of sodium in all the tests more consistent.
This is a clothlike backed product there was a version that had a a plastic backed center core called Comfort Super if you are lucky enough to find them. From personal use they had the same performance characteristics.
It is good, another cool test could be for belly sleepers which many also may do, I am one, I receive the Molicare Premium Super Plus for free from my countries health care system so I have little say in what I can have, I have autism too, sometimes they leak just like in this video.

DO A WETTING TEST ON THE OLD UNQUIE WELLNESS DIAPER.
We have added that product to the list!
When testing, is the fluid saline, tap water or what?

You never text procare 3 using then I don't have complaint
This diaper cloth or plastic?

Every diaper has limits on how much urine they can absorb before they begin to leak.

The molicare test is very accurate to how they really perform
They hold a lot of poo as well, from solid to very runny with out it leaking out, I am so thankful or this.
