Kyanguli secondary school marks 17 years since deadly inferno

  • It has been 17 long and painful years, since the tragic Kyanguli Secondary School dormitory fire robbed the young lives of 67 promising pupils. Parents of the deceased gathered at the school in Machakos county, to commemorate the day today. But while the grieved, they also expressed their utter disappointment in the government. Smriti Vidyarthi explains why.

    One of the saddest day in Kenya history. 17years??????. The government has money to compensate themselves. If you don’t have money, get a heart and sacrifice Atleast one month allowance to compensate this precious parents. This is very embarrassing.
