I don’t think I’ve ever laughed like this while watching any of your videos. But to hear you yell or scream, then hear Meghan laughing was priceless.
It is a pretty plane. Overall it flew so so. Main thing it was fun and entertaining. Loved the launch. It’s like a bad penny. You pitch it, but it comes back. The fly by attacks were the best.

The thing loves to climb. Its gotten me back into planes. I had taken off the landing gear and trim it down a lot. flys level at full throttle. but when i let off throttle it nose dive! its good. Its a button for hi and low modes. Turn tite then. Not as funn as other smaller jets. Thanks for sharing.

That’s correct it’s an X-35(B) As it has the livery for STOVL. This was a working prototype/demonstration model (hence X) for the USMC variant (B) which can hover like the Harrier. Though this one certainly can’t do that but looks to do pretty well in slow flight. STOVL stands for Short Takeoff Vertical Landing. Production models are now designated F-35 A, B, or C. With unique versions spanning the US Navy, USAF and USMC.

I was happy to see that too! These EPP models are super sturdy, and in calm conditions, I bet this one would perform a lot better.
The first art was funny you were flying the plane right next to camera crew. But I liked how it flies.

LOL - funny!! I have one of these but you have to fly it like a 4CH (turn with the rudder/left stick) and the one touch button is awesome to do a nose-over (inverted loop). Get some altitude, hit left shoulder button, then right stick (elevator) forward - AWESOME! You guys are a blast to watch!
My bud got one thinking it was going to be a big hobby grade jet. He got ripped off but still flies it. 😃
That's a bummer!!!! Seller probably had pictures of the FMS F35??? I hate when people do that online..it's like that stupid commercial that has the Freewing F-14 clips claiming to buy it for $14.99 or some such ridiculous thing. I know there's been more than a few people who fall for it.
@@BrianPhillipsRC the only problem was that I told him it was a rip off. His response was ,,it dont cost that much to produce them so I agreed with him knowing full well that it was a rip off. Sometimes ya just have let them find out for themselves. 🤪

...then you'll be well on the way to getting into the F-16 80mm. Seriously though, if you put your mind to it, you'll be there in a few short years. Remember, with some things in life, there is no shortcut...flying RC is one of them. It's NOT easy, but you'll be amazed how addictive it really is. I GUARANTEE you will end up with a stronger appreciation for every plane you get, and love along the way to your path into that F-16 (or really, probably much BETTER by the time you get where you want to be)...
THAT being said, if you wait 2 years to start, you'll be 4 years away from getting where you want to be...

If it has it, it's a waste of time - "U Turns" the plane, but only works based on what direction you took off from - very dumb feature, but not sure if this one has it...it's been a bit too long for my memory.

With better motors, receiver, and transmitter it might be worth something....just saying.
