Showing mishaps honestly make everyone else feel better about their mishaps so I appreciate it. I stalled and crashed my Eachine 50mm F18 into tree branches on the weekend but China glue to the rescue.
Yeah, everyone flying, and screwing around like I do, will eventually make an unscheduled landing ;) Sometimes a bit more dramatic than others - LOL ;)
Brian camera crew best video ever when my smartphone a notified me that you was flying a 182 I knew you was going to love that little Cessna I have on 5 of those 182 Cessna I loved each and every one
I've learned ALL of my most valuable and utilized lessons from Brian's mistakes. Especially the ones involving toilet wine. Sir, your mistakes are AMAZING!!!! 👍
Brian, Oh durn. I thought you might swim out to get the plane😂. Glad you got it going again. I knew you were more than capable. Good looking plane from FMS. Hope You, Megan, and family are doing well.

I love your chan! When you have a doe! Moment you take the blame and move on to fix it. To me it shows your a up front kind of guy. I tip my hat to you! And like you said put it out on the web. Im like that too. Ill admit when i screw the pooch. Then move forward. Another thing i love about you content is that you put the flying up front. Not unbox, build. You know the boring stuff. I feel you and company would be a great addition to my family. I may just adopt you to my family. Youll be in good company brother and sister, and company.
LOL - It happens all the time, and I've nearly crashed a few times because of it, so needed to show what happened as I was about to perform the water landing - JK - I just screwed up - LOL LOL LOL ;)
I put this beautiful painted tip prop on my Maule. And that plane LOVES the 11x6 3 blade prop. It's like using a slow flight prop and those barn doors just fly the Maule at jogging speed. Definitely gotta give the wife the beer truck speech so I can add this plane to my hangar. Thanks guys!! 👍
That thing flies smoothly. Great video and flying Brian. I was just flying my Flex Innovations RV8 70E on floats today. Kids were going crazy over it. I got the craziest questions. One kid wanted to know if he could put his little Yorkie Dog in the cockpit and take him up for a flight. 😂 Even though it would probably fly with a Yorkie in it I would never. It was funny, though. lol
I know you weren't Flying off water with this Plane, but it is Float Capable and all my Float Planes/Seaplanes get sprayed with CorrosionX on all the Electronics. CorrosionX's unique Polar Bonding Fluid Thin Film Coating (FTFC) technology displaces moisture and seals it out with a self-healing high dielectric coating.
Brian, want to give you heads up and checked your links you have posted, and they being blocked as Dangerous Websites! I running Norton360 security on both of my Computers a Laptop and my Desktop and tried open open the links on both with same results, Does this plane come with Metal gear servos? Because I'm not buying any more planes with plastic gear servos installed in them, Nice flying by the way! 🙂
@@BrianPhillipsRC Brian, the links that are posted on this FMD Cessna 182 video you can’t open them! I don’t know if other viewers are having same problem. I used your links a bunch of times when I was buying different items and never had a problem before! Just not sure what’s going on this time. 😣

Hey Brian, love the videos. I just recently got into RC planes and started with an FMS Ranger 1220, love it so far and getting the hang of it flying on our lake but would like to try it on land sometime soon. You mentioned something at 4:50 about getting a "remote ID module" to fly legally in a school yard or park. Is that a specific device you need to buy or is that just the stock receiver you are talking about?
You should sign up with AMA for the park flyers membership. You will then have all the information you need and you will have insurance in case you hurt someone or destroy someone's property with your plane. It's inexpensive if you just plan on flying to public parks. You need the full membership if you want to fly at AMA-sanctioned fields. If you don't want to do any of that you can legally fly planes under 250 grams without membership or remote ID. There are lots of nice sub-250-gram planes out there that are good trainers or fast little warbirds.
The way you articulate issues you have suffered on our behalf only allows us to be more confident. Thank you
Thanks ;)
Me and the other 11 people stuck around and watched the entire video, and I accidently learned something. thanks.

Therapeutic video Brian, even the pros crashes, that make me feel not that bad when I crash greetings from Ajijic México
Glad you enjoyed this ;) Was definitely unscheduled - LOL
It's just so dang beautiful, close to the water like that. Well, maybe not THAT close. Awesome landing, RC Sully!! 👍

super job
I have watched a few RC channels but nobody presents video like " camera crew"!!!
Thank you!!!!
Hands Down, she is the best.
AAAhhh Brian you might want to put the floats on first before landing in the pond LOL
Very nice 👍
I can't believe you don't yet have the Horizon RC Tug Boat with the plane retrieval attachment for the front! ;-)
What your best flaps settings for this beautiful bird?
Brian look into Uma grip lite for your battery tray. Great stuff! I have it in all my planes.

The grass along the driveway is looking really lush now. When will you start mowing it short to demo grass ops capabilities?
How about a hair dryer on low setting to blow into the motor?
that would have been my first option, immediately after taking it out of the water and removing the battery!
😂Trick of the day I use a rod and reel to get them out of the water 💦 and a telescopic stick to get them out of the trees 🌲 🌳 🌴

Very cool airplane but why do the nav lights on the wings blink ???
Doesnt that ESC have a built in capacitor (BEC)? I dont think I'd put it in alcohol, at risk of an explosion if its still holding a charge.
Hi Brian are RC ERA OFFICIAL a good vendor to order the bell 206 from?
I changed my Cessna to make the white lights flash in the wing

Yes okay but what exactly is “remote ID”. Nothing comes up other than just normal receivers
Hey Brian,
Could I use a 3s pack? If I recall the old one used 3s.
Thanks!
Brian Ratzenberger Ha ha.
I remember watching him as a kid, but can't even remember where???
almost looked like you could have skipped it off the water...
to power up a wet plane is not the smartest thing...
Bad things happen on this hobby 😂👌👌👌
sounds like a brush motor.
Who needs float s 😅😅
Hey,Hey, I'm the twelveth person watching ! lol !
