  • Day 14: Today we are exploring the little New Zealand town of Paeroa, which means seeing Paeroa’s Giant L&P Bottle! An exciting activity on New Zealand’s Biggest Gap Year!
    Yesterday - Day 13 - • 🥾 Climbing Mt Te Aroha...
    Tomorrow - Day 15 - • 🧙 Dinner at Hobbiton -...
    About this video:
Day 14 starts off on the zipline, or flying fox as they say in New Zealand, in the Te Aroha Holiday Park. But today we have a couple of little chores to do with our campervan to fix it - one of the joys of doing a road trip in New Zealand. Nevertheless, in the same town where we are getting our campervan fixed, is the magnificent giant L&P bottle - just one of many giant sculptures in New Zealand!
While our campervan is being fixed, we have a look around the town of Paeroa where New Zealand’s famous soft drink, L&P, was created. To commemorate this, the town has erected a giant sculpture of the L&P bottle which stands proudly at one end of the main street.
We go check out Paeroa’s giant L&P bottle, get some obligatory photos, then head back to the Te Aroha Holiday Park. Join us tomorrow for an activity that we swear will be a little more exciting. We promise!
