  • I’ve noticed that not many people roll their wraps in this way, yet I find it to be the quickest way to roll up your wraps ready for the next use. This method has saved me lots of time.
Some boxers were surprised to see how quickly I can roll up a pair of hand wraps so I decided to make a short tutorial.

how do you prevent them from unwrapping? nothing keeps them secured

Keep them in your gym bag, wrap them in an old sock or a towel you can get creative. I roll mine up like this and put them in my gym bag where they can’t move about much. I’ve never had them unroll themselves before it’s not an issue.

You can also wrap the thumb loop over the roll at the end

Do you iron them aswell? When mine come out the washing machine they are all wrinkled up and it becomes such a tangly mess rolling them up again

Nah mate only every once in a while I’ll decide to iron them maybe 3 times a year or something just because I enjoy the feeling of crisp ironed wraps. But there’s no need to iron them if you hang them up to dry properly after they’ve been washed and let them dangle without being tangled.
Also helps a lot if you put your wraps into a washing machine bag/net (ones that women put bras in) that prevents your wraps from getting tangled and mixed with the rest of your clothes when the machine spins, try it mate the nets only cost about £1 and they are a real game changer.
