Those homemade popsicles with the Tupperware molds were wonderful! On hot days they really hit the spot, and so refreshing. I can't believe you found the complete mold, and that it's never been used to boot. Absolutely amazing. I hope you're going to make some popsicles.

Oh yes……precious memories!!! I was born in 1954 and definitely remember the popsicle tray, my Momma had one just like it!!! Countless summers spent eating homemade kool-aid popsicle’s and the fun part was picking out which flavor we would have for that day!!! My Momma made delicious snow cream also!!! The button and scissors are darling!!! I would get a small floating shelf and put your jar of buttons in with the scissors and button decor!!! Peace ✌️ Love ❤️ and Thrifting 🛒

Your butter pats are European, Flow Blue, Real flow blue which was actually considered seconds by the English due to the running of the blue. They wanted, appreciated, and required their pattern to be sharp and precise. They would send all of it over to the states, it was not good enough for their tables, and we here just loved it. I believe they are not butter pats but bone dishes. Might have been part of a fish serving set I would think. Nice find!

Donna, that garland you got looks just like the one I got this year at Hobby Lobby, it was originally $59.99 but I got it half off. It does look so real I love it. I would have never thought about painting that button gold, it’s beautiful.
And I had that Tupperware popsicle thing and made a many of popsicles my daughter and son when they were little, it brings back a lot of memories of them when they were young. They now are 44 and 40.
There was one time I bought a coat from the goodwill and when I got home and tried it on again I found a $20.00 bill in the pocket, so needless to say it paid for my entire goodwill purchase that day.
Thanks for showing us all of your wonderful DIY, I love them. Take care my dear sweet friend! ❤️

Nice haul! I remember the popsicle molds. We didn’t have them at home but I had them for our kids. They loved those things.
Wednesday hubby and I went south to thrift. I did good, not what I normally would get but it’ll be fun up-cycling the items, it’ll take very little to make them pop and look different. I just can’t believe the prices when you get into another district. I have a ford Escape, we put the seats down and it was full 😂 items were anywhere from 67 cents, .99 cents, 1.99, 2.99, and 3.99, unbelievable but so much fun. I catalog my items so I know what I pd and what I flipped it for. This amount gets overwhelming to do, therefore why I keep looking at it and haven’t done it yet. 😂 Have a great weekend! 🙏🏻❤️

That was a fabulous haul! The brass button turned out perfect! I do remember the popsicles we had a set! Lol we used cool-aid and I remember we could never get them right! The drink mix would separate and all the flavor was just half way through and just ice near the handle! lol Mother couldn’t be bothered to make them, and she didn’t like a mess of any kind, and she just every now and then let us make them. In the end we just stopped asking to make them, and they sat in her cabinet until I had my sons, and I made pudding pops for them all the time. I miss my kids being little, I had fun with them.

Thank you!! That would be awesome to find money..😄.
Those were the best popsicles ever. I remember having to wait for them to freeze… that seemed like eternity to a child. Sweet memories. ❤️

Great haul. Homemade popsicles were the best. The large button done in the rub and buff looks amazing in the laundry room with the large scissor and your homemade laundry sign. I would love to have a laundry room. My washer and dryer are in my basement. Love the old books. The star molds are great and versatile. Love the pink tool box… yes a paint makeover needed. James could use as a pattern and with his woodworking magic make different sizes…. Just a thought. I like to collect affordable tool boxes they make great planters or display pieces. I really love the picture you were drawn to. I’m sure you will find the perfect spot for it. Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful blessed day. Prayers for all. 🙏🙏❤️🤗

Donna, what a fantastic array of thrifted items. You did great. Yes, down memory lane with the Tupperware popsicle maker and I am 77 years old. The tin stars will definitely be very useful. Everything you thrifted was great. Love the button. Always on the lookout for one of them. All of your finds were outstanding. Love it. Take care.

Oh WOW!!! What a cool thrift haul, not to mention the thrift flips with the huge button and the ceramic frame!!! I would absolutely have make a place for that cross stitched piece-someone spent many, many hours creating that beautiful piece!!! I just love the pink box!!! I can think of so many ways to use that great box!!! I knew the popsicle maker was Tupperware the second I saw it!! My Mom had one just like this one-God only knows what happened to it!!! I have a popsicle maker that came from Amazon that I’ve never used-I need to see what I can do to get it out and use it!!! I am sure I saw a recipe somewhere that prompted this purchase-LOL!!! Those blue butter pats look so good with all the other wonderful pieces you have collected and have displayed!!! Your home is an absolute vintage wonderland and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Donna , on your big button you could use some twine or such to weave thru hole like thread and then leave a long piece hanging down to the scissors. Just an idea I had.
