Can you use a normal controller? Can you use these cars on a normal analog/digital system? Can it control another car by itself?

I thought you could play against it. It's only a controller replacement, the versus mode is just 2 of the dongles against each other, as in 2 replacement controllers. I though this thing could drive a car itself (to some basic degree)

So one spark plug replaces one controller? That is, for a 2 player race you need 2 spark plugs? And a 3 player race 3 spark plugs etc?

Spark Plug only works on analogue, but yes, two dongles can be used in the same race.
