    The crackling at the beginning outside the jet is windmilling noises from the fan blades. It happens when the engines are cool; the fan blades fit loose and make that noise, when they heat up, they fit tight. It's so the vibrations don't break apart the blades. Not an error in the sim, just extra realism.

    • @YoDzOnHalo
      @YoDzOnHalo 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yup I’m a ramper at SeaTac. I know that noise all to well haha

    Holy smokes. You were first chocked at C3 correct? I’m a ramper for Alaska at SeaTac. The attention to detail is incredible. Pushing back from C3 and D1 is a pain in the ass for us on the ramp. D1 probably being the hardest. Don’t know why they had a delta planes at N6 and around Cand D gates. . North satellite is mainly used for Alaska and American flights. Even then it’s rare for a American to be there. Usually just Alaska planes and I’ve never seen a delta plane chocked at c gates or D gates . Currently C3 is closed down for construction. POS is replacing the cement on the ramp. 9:09 cracks me up. The cart isn’t lined up with the belt loader with the agent still in the seat

    Tysm for flying to my home airport! Your videos are the true definition of amazing. You are detailed and have a great amount of effort put into the recording and editing process. Keep up the amazing videos. Also, a short request, can you please do a flight from LAX to CUN with an Alaska Airlines PMDG 737? They use the 737-990er on this route.

    • @volantee
      @volantee 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      PMDG is only planning the 900 variant, not the 900ER, but I think he can still make the route with the 900.

    The visual is outstanding !!!
    Just a remark: Strobe and Beacon ON for walk around and starting engine 1 first ? I mean normally strobe and beacon must not be used for walkaround and engine 2 must be started first because it pressurizes praking brake.

      Mostly what you see is me filming the good parts of the AI traffic. Most of the time, there's a lot of errors that don't look good so I try not to show them. I followed this guide, th-cam.com/video/-XM415ibRsM/w-d-xo.html&t

  • @scottmcdonaldAAL211
    @scottmcdonaldAAL211 ปีที่แล้ว

    Suggest 4K video - the present one is quite grainy at 480p. Also smoother camera work/panning especially on walkaround would be a HUGE improvement. Your camera work is nice - great views of the plane - if only it were smoother and slower - that would really be special! Just a suggestion - not a criticism. Thanks for this video.

  • @philippeg632
    @philippeg632 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Just one question, can I have this degree of realism with real-time game, without the video editing ? Thank you much for your answer and congrats, it makes me watch it as I used to watch whatever real full flights on YT.

    Are these the actual engine sounds you get with the Fenix A320-200? Or do you have to get them as separate addons or are they taken from other sources?

    That landing was like a Ryanair landing.

    • @fsx-legend4602
      @fsx-legend4602 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thats Orange County Airport "John Wayne" with 5700 feet runway you have not time to float there when landing put it down or you will end up on a highway or someone's back yard.

    • @legendaviation9439
      @legendaviation9439 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@fsx-legend4602 Well said. The only way in my opinion to make a smooth landing is to be lower on the glideslope. This way, you have more time to flare and float before the touchdown zone. Being low on the glideslope, however, can be dangerous as the aircraft may collide with the ILS antennas or other things on the ground. Also, you may end up being too low and slow which can cause a hard landing either on the runway or the ground before the runway. This can also cause a go-around to be initiated.
