It's not BCCI's fault, this feed is recorded by BCCI but the home broadcaster Star or Jio has to have the streaming capabilities to stream it in higher FPS, which they don't have, so despite recording it in high FPS, we don't get to stream it.
India are champions in T20 cricket but yes in tests they are struggling one is due to age issues in batting and transition will start from next WTC cycle
