I've seen 2 RS 6 avants so far and boy they are beautiful~~ Plus, you can't beat the sound and power of that 4.0L V8 and you can't beat 591 HP and 590 lb-ft of torque :D Keep in mind that this engine in this tune is also in the RS 7 and the RS Q8, so you obviously know that this engine will be insane. And yes I agree, this thing can be a hardcore performance car, but also it still reminds you that it's a luxury car, just like any BMW M car or Mercedes-AMG car: all have really cool dual personalities. But I wonder why the S6 is in sedan and wagon form and the RS 6 is only in wagon form. Overall, RS 6 is a winner in my books too: super insanely fast, amazing V8, great practicality, and just looks beautiful.

Thanks for this review Ben. The standard wheel is 21inch and more people should be ordering that combo for ride quality and durability of wheels and tires. The 22s look cool but are not ideal for this wagon.

OBNLY bad thing is the price. Love it. I have the 2022 UDI SQ5 and it's really nice to drive - esp. when I get into it after driving my 06 F-150. Love the looks of that RS6, but hate the price. LOL

These come standard with 21" wheels. The black optic package includes 22" wheels. Standard wheels would remove the additional ride harshness.

To be honest, it's more about the tire pressure. Many dealerships set the psi a bit too high. I have the 22s and I would say there's nothing harsh about the ride in any way...

The last time I drove an Audi RS6, they cost approximately $80k.
Hearing you say the advertised price is around $140k _almost_ made me stop watching the video all together. My life is far too pragmatic to entertain the thought of cars above my _comfortable_ price range. Keyword being "comfortable". Could we afford this RS6 Avant? Sure. Would we buy it? Absolutely not.
Somewhere along the road of life, I ceased any and all daydreaming and focused strictly on practical goals. There are dreamers in life and there are doers in life. IMHO, you are either one or the other. There is no room for a middle ground anymore, especially in the current society in which we reside.
Great review nevertheless Ben. I still hold a soft spot for the old B5 series Audi S4's. That was my first introduction to the Audi brand - a 2001 Audi S4 with some aftermarket upgrades and a ridiculously stiff clutch. I was hooked on AWD after that point.

Side note - 7:28 mark. That exhaust startup sound was absolutely dreadful! Something is terribly wrong with that cold start but I digress. Keep up the good work my friend.

It was a showroom model that took quite a bit of coercion in order to take a test drive. Cody was my (Audi) guy that worked at the Penske North Scottsdale Auto Mall.
He was also a diehard car enthusiast and recognized a lot of himself in me, despite our age difference. Fortunately, he was in a position to make some of those desires become a reality being an employee of the conglomerate.
Sadly, he was KIA during GWOT.
I will never forget him.
