Actually I think having the smaller ADHD planner is a great idea. As you explained, it helps you focus on the most important tasks of the day, in order. It was obvi from your check marks that this was very productive for you. 👍🏻❤️🌹
I know you’ve explained your small ADHD planner before, but it really clicked in my head this time. I realize that the same thing happens to me. I get overwhelmed with my big project/to-do list and get distracted working on a bunch of tasks at once. Either nothing ever truly gets done or it takes so much longer accomplishing one task than it should have. I may need to try your method with a smaller notebook and see if that can help me as well.
I don’t have ADHD, but I do have head trauma, so I make a Post-It of the days highlights so I don’t forget. ESPECIALLY when I need to run errands. I really like this mini notebook idea, though! It could function as a running talley of the Post-Its. Thanks for the inspiration!
ADHD fam here and I really like you showing and explaining how your journal is set up. Every new idea on how to manage is helpful. Whether I do it or not. I've also got family with ADHD and maybe they will find this helpful.
Love your ADHD planner! I also get easily overwhelmed by a task list that's too long, and breaking it down into segments like that immediately helps my mind to relax and focus. I don't use meds, so these little tricks you show are especially helpful for me! Thank you!!
Its so funny how differently our brain works.. ur planner system would make absolutely no sense to me 😂 and probably mine would confuse you as well! I dont have ADHD but i suffer from anxiety and depressions and for me its so calming to only do monthly planning, so I can see everything at once. Writting the same to do's multiple times makes me sooo nervous. Everyone has their own system and I am happy for you that you found yours!! Always love ur videos helen! ❤ hi from switzerland!
Thanks for continuing to show how you do things. I too have ADHD and it seems as though your way of thinking is very similar to mine. I don’t think writing things taken from your daily plan into your ADHD planner is redundant as if it’s broken down in much clearer it saves, at least for me, the shut down I will inevitably go through and hours of avoiding doing what I’m doing. I hope that makes sense. It has been a bit of a relief to adjust my way of planning using some of the inspirations that I’ve gotten from you. I’ve noticed recently I use my planner much more and I’m getting more things done. I’ve also begun to use an ADHD notebook and that has been immensely helpful as well. Thanks for everything you do!
This was so helpful! Your ADHD planner list makes total sense and I often do the same as an OCD/ADHD-er. Thank you for sharing a glimpse into your day, journals, and brain. I can’t wait get my 11/9 order! ❤
love these little peeks into your planning life. definitetly feel like i could use your adhd planner right now! thank you for all your hard work helen love you
Always helpful and my brain, and my handwriting are the same... writing things down cronologically heklps with my intentions for thr day, keeps perspective when my brain wants to sqweel.. My handwriting also gets scratchy and smaller when i feel stressed about the amount of "stuff" i have going on in my head... i must try this method, thank you and happy Sunday xx
Hello Hellen! Thank you for showing the ADHD planner or yours. Watching it and all of those checklists motivates me in a way! Please show it more often! Thanks ❤❤
I’m so glad to see your new video, Helen. You, somehow, are able to motivate me to keep on planning and organizing my life whenever I feel forgiving up on it. I’ll try to continue to enjoy planning again. :)
I really like your ADHD method. I’m realizing that my work needs to be split away from my personal and the smaller books would be great for me to list all the things. The anxiety presently in having to figure out the start but I’m going to give it a try. Thanks for sharing!
Yall my ADHD is so bad at the moment (perimenopause increases symptoms, as does recent complex trauma so despite meds I’m struggling) I almost bought a little Leuchtturm on Amazon to try this… and realized I have a literal stockpile of half-used (or less!) notebooks in many sizes. Gonna grab one of the Midori A6 ones and try before I spend more money on a dopamine high lol
Thank you for another great video! I really appreciate the time you take to give us a look at your set ups and planning! 💕 I really love the look of your daily pages. Very functional and pleasing to look at! Loved your new release!! Can’t wait to receive all the pretty things!!! 😊
Thanks for the video, as always! Great ideas, and I love the ADHD planner. I instituted something similar that is really working well for me, so thanks for the inspiration! You are often so busy. A little stress can be a good thing…just remember to give yourself extra care when the stress becomes too much. 🥰 [Where are the deco stickers at the top of the weekly pages from? Very cute!]
What are you using for your ADHD planner? I will try this process I have ADHD as well and tend to get easily overwhelmed and consequently non-productive
How do you commit to a timeblock, and what do you do when things get shuffled or the timeblocks becomes bigger/smaller? Due to my fluctuating mental health state or even emotional state, I often delay timeblocks or it gets moved around a lot because stuff happens earlier/later. Though digitally I can easily move and adjust it, but I'd love some tips to commit to it ;w; (I don't have ADHD, I do have autism so I heavily rely on planning and the visual time blocks, but struggle to commit due to my own health and mood)
Happy Cozy Planning Sunday! ❤ where did you get your prompts from? You know, it might be cool if you posted them, and we could feel like we're doing them with you. I would watch an entire rant video on you talking about neurodivergent planning.

Hi hi Rena! Thank you so much. You should not be awake at this hour 😅 Good night!!
Hi Helen! Just wondering what gel pen have you been using the past videos!
Hi! It's either the energel clena 0.4mm or sarasa grand!

I was searching on your site for the quotation mark stickers I saw in another recent video, but couldn't find them. 😕
Here it is! They just released 2 days ago: thecoffeemonsterzco.com/products/e1245abcdefg-weekly-overview-copy?_pos=1&_sid=0c6b52b94&_ss=r

She does post them, they’re on her website. She gets them from google.
@@Angel6_ Oh, I didn't know. I only watch her on TH-cam.
I did notice the difference in your handwriting because it’s one of my favorites ❤ so I can tell when it changes.
Hahaha thank you Theresa!! Have a great weekend ^__^
Will you be re-releasing more fountain pen ink? I missed the first release
We'll likely clear out our remaining inventory at the end of this year!!
@ awesome, thank you!
I noticed my daily task tracking goes better when I turn my notebook sideways as well. 🤔(I also have ADHD)
What ink do you use for your pen? ❤
