- In this video, we remove the stock wheels and tires and install a set of black chrome wheels and tires for our Redcat Racing Blue Jevries Edition Sixty Four Impala '64 SS!!! These new wheels and tires give the '64 a whole new look and feel and they go great with that wet Blue paint job!!!

I really like that transmitter. I grew up with that type. Hard to get one like that now a days.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
You know, I'm more of a fan of the pistol style transmitters for surface vehicles. Drones, Choppers and Planes, there's no doubt the stick transmitter is king. I bought a HG-P408 Hummer recently and it comes with the stick styled transmitter, but I quickly swapped out the electronics to utilize a pistol TX.
I'm late to your video. But still wanted to say how nice those wheels look on your 64! Its worth mentioning the quality of your video is SUPER nice!! Sound, video etc, really nice! Thanks for sharing!

This '64 is so clean. redact and Jevries got down on this one. The cool part is you can do so much aftermarket and fro scratch on your own, just like the real lowrider scene.

Dude I did get the redcat jevries blue 64 for Christmas n the light LED kit .... I had put in my Christmas gift list to my wife when I first found out about it mid 2020 I kept texting/emailing her 😛 ....... dude it got crazy during Christmas time cause we have a big family plus with the SOLD OUT on the redcat 64 😢🙈 ....so I had given up on the redcat 64 and just rolled the dice and had actually gave up and put it up there with seeing a real infamous unicorn, and moved on, then Christmas came and dude my wife got me good ..... I cried 🥲😂 i though it was a joke 😳 😛 this thing is beautiful I want to give a quick shout out to REDCAT and of course Jevries the man himself, and some dude Danny cause of him I’m a Jevries fan and everyone that have posted a utube video of their redcat 64 thank you guys 👍 without you guys I wouldn’t have been able to install my redcat LED lights O yeah and thank you to the individual(s) who came up with the box n the foam for the redcat 64 that alone is gold 👍

@@JSinistaProductions hey Sir Sinista I haven’t install the decals yet which I am probably this weekend.....and I’m gonna remove my front broken bumper which I already broke like 3 times 🙈 ( damn bottom kitchen cabinets ) now I got both front bumpers corners broken I’m gonna white-glove Frankenstein / clear epoxy the hell out of the back side of the front bumper first I’m gonna clean n prep n remove whatever super glue / heat gun glue I used at first, and see how that holds up you’ll still see the hair line crack on the front side of the bumper but someone gonna have to take out their binoculars quick to actually see the crack(s) ...... the way I test to see if the crack(s) can be seen or not is after I fix it I’ll hold it up high and ask my wife if she can see it from 5 feet away then I’ll move the bumper from left to right in a slight quick ninja move and if she can’t see the crack then im gold 😛👍

I wasn't sure about black with the blue body. Chrome and Gold are usually the goto looks for the wires, but that black...something sinista about it!!!

They should make a convertible edition with an actual top that goes up and down👍....I want one of these to add to my collection because I am a rc hobbyist and a lowrider so this I a must have!!!! However I have seen alot of people get these with broken bumpers right out the box...so that's an issue that redcat needs to fix....as a rc hobbyist for 30 years we all know redcat was never a hobby grade competitor maybe they have stepped up now but idk us rc guys stayed away from anything redcat but this car is awesome it is very overpriced though....✌
That's the first thing that I checked for was a broken bumper. Thankfully, everything was intact. A drop top or at least a version with a removable top would be nice, but the cost might skyrocket with the introduction of a working drop-top. Ive seen a vid or two of some folks who have taken the potential for this platform through the roof. Jevries has an actual working sunroof that he modded himself...pretty dope.

The eBay seller wants $89 plus like $15 for shipping and handling. Not worth it when you can get wire wheels sets for $18. And there plastic. I get dude makes them by hand but really $89.
What you've stated is true, but he's selling them as fast as he can make them, and from his seller rep and the number of positive ratings based on this item, there's a market that appeals to a lot of interested buyers. It's not for everyone, especially from a financial standpoint and if my vid reinforces someones will to buy or not buy, it's all gravy.

This video is exactly what I was looking for. Did it hop better once you put more weights in the back? Also what size tires did you buy? That looks so amazing. I don't like all that sidewall but want a bigger rim. I'll take mine in chrome though. I saw you linked gold rims for someone. I'll check if they have chrome once I know the size you ordered.
The seller I bought them from doesn’t have them in stock right now. If you want to check out what he’s currently offering, check out ez-az on eBay. I did however, replace those black “wires” with the latest Redcat wheels. They’re the same size wheel, with a lower profile tire, here’s a vid I did: th-cam.com/video/vlWMGldSFww/w-d-xo.html But, as long as you find some wheels that are for 1/10 scale RC’s with a 12mm hex, they should fit.
