Nyarutarama is still an upscale neighborhood but its the very old gacuriro,rebero or kibagabaga maybe
I saw kibagabaga too many new modern houses being built ,they look very posh ,since my airbnb was around there near the golf

i think lady no offense but u need a guide to show u where the richest reside this is not it and yes it s so clean so those are leaves that u cant prevent from falling but thanks for showing us around
