I think that's accurate. How about the Ophanim I've read that in a verse as companion of Cherubims with Wheels on Wheels, it was like a tandem, read the Revelation and the Cherubims and the Wheels on Wheels Ophanim was there with them. So the 4 Living Creatures were way above the other Angels because they're within the area of the 24 Elders near God Throne.
