Noise Reduction processing

If you have a shoot where you had to crank up the ISO, Photoshop has a great (semi) new Noise Reduction algorithm. It does take 10-20 seconds per image, which adds up quickly if you are trying to process 316 images, so this is the best way I've found for my work flow. As a bonus, you get to avoid the horrible file name addition Ps adds.
