The way they handled the anni was definitely lacking, but this concert was the greatest. Stirred up so many in-game memories, watched the stream live with friends at an ungodly hour. I'll gladly accept that experience over any primogems.
Keqing and xiaos themes feel the best. There’s something so right about them putting a trap beat in xiaos theme, unexpected but really nice touch. Keqings theme has a really punchy hyped feeling to it, feel like I could listen while I exercise to keep me energised 🤠🤠
Musicians are awesome, it might take blood sweat and tears to get that piece as perfect as can be but I bet they feel rewarded and proud and love what they do
Like the original themes, it was mostly a remixed, re-scored version of Photon of Fluctuation, which is still the base usually, but the old style isn't the usual anymore.

Every character's theme was good but Zhongli's theme was the one who sent shivers down my spine, the drums made it more epic just missing one "I WILL HAVE ORDER" and I would have ascended to Celestia.
okay but the INSANE sound design in each track is amazing. The songs represent the character so perfectly. for example, 0:00- Bards adventure. It starts off with a more gentle theme, in the original song it's a piano, an instrument that's usually associated with classic music. representing Barbatos. But it then changes to the violin and guitar solo, representing Venti, A much more free spirited archon. Then there's Klee's theme. ' Let's go crimson knight. ' It's just, all sorts of positive, happy, loud sounds. only in one segment does it get a little quiet, but just explodes into all this joy again. ( explodes, get it? because klee ) Dance of aphros, Eula's theme is amazing. It's hard for me to explain, But the remix makes it even better. It adds this electric guitar in the back, Representing how Eula Lawrence is more modern, turning to the Knights instead of trying to bring the aristocrats to power. her theme has a certain elegance I can't put into words, It's just incredibly powerful. (like her elemental burst) Contemplation in chalk, Albedos theme. I could write an entire essay on why it's amazing. Most of it is synth, Man made sound. It's alot more different than the other songs, Which makes it even better because that represents how albedo is different. It's synth as well, Artificial, Just like he is. It's also just, So tranquil at certain points. representing his calm demeanor. I can't get over it, And it also sounds perfect. amazing work. Letter from Ajax - It starts off quiet, a piano I think. This is music commonly found in dragonspine and intel about snezhnaya, where Childe is from, Says it's incredibly cold. for me, this can represent snowflakes, like his hometown, or even how he can act calm, But the faint electric guitar that builds up represents his true nature, willing for battle and raging into the battlefield. It's perfect. Keqing - I can't remember her theme name oops. It sounds similar to a song that plays in Liyue, her region. but it's a remix with much more modern instruments, representing how she's the true future of liyue, focusing on the present and upcoming instead of the past. Xiao - I forgot its name too. It feels like there's an impending sense of doom throughout the entire song, But also calm for certain parts, How he has to protect liyue and keep that in his mind, uphold his vow instead of giving up to his eternal suffering. the pure weight of the instruments at certain points can represent the severity of his karmatic debt. Ganyu - Qilins prance. It starts off with a theme that I think plays in Liyue, Soft at first, but building up. Soft represents how ganyu usually is but when the beat drops, that represents her wanting to protect Liyue, her own vows to Rex Lapis as a part adepti. it goes quiet again, almost for when she doubts herself but then returns to build up again, I feel like it's how as a secretary and having her fighting skills, she really is playing her own part in protecting liyue. Rex Incognito - Zhonglis theme. I don't even need to say anything. it speaks itself. I'm not one with words so if this makes no sense, lit
Childe's is so underrated yet so godly. I cannot wait to see what they' ll do with his character next. Incredible soundtrack for this game, instantly recognizable

Despite genshin character themes just being a twist of that beat you hear in the beginning, it grows into an actual theme afterwards and doesn't disappoint! I may actually have to listen to more themes or the whole concert now with how good this snippet was

Everybody's themes are great, but Ajax’s hits different for me-love the way it goes from soft and wistful to badass then comes back full circle. It fits his character really well without losing out on the hype factor, and it sounded so good live!!
Personal Top 5: 1. Albedo (Mans got a whole dubstep remix, go off funky chalk man) 2. Venti (0:42 caught me so off guard, and it blending so well with the rest of the violin heavy song surprised me, made me appreciate his theme a whole lot more) 3. Ganyu (Qilin’s Prance is always a bop, but 12:45 sold me, violinist is going off) 4. Eula (Spanish oriented music has always been a weak point for me and the dance segment was really pretty) 5. Zhongli (The beat drop. Must I say anything else?)
(In my opinion) this makes up for the lackluster anniversary rewards, because clearly a lot of effort was put into the performance :) props to the musicians, producers, etc. Anyways, we got 20 wishes, a unique furnishing item, and new wind glider in the end so I’m all good.

Ok time for my positive rant :D 1. Bard's Adventure - Ok then violinist, slay that violin! 2. Let's Go, Crimson Knight - I want to run Mondstadt again. Just for the good old music and nostalgia. 3. Dance of Aphros - I wanted to get up and tango with Eula, the dancer on screen was also so delicate in her dancing. The beat to this was so beautiful and hit different. 4. Contemplation in the Snow - ABSOLUTELY A HIT! I am ready to rave to this any day. I am glad the musicians seemed to be enjoying their music as much as we were. 5. Letter for Ajax - In the actual show, were they had the battle music as well, I was going to pass out from the memories of every fight every Monday with this guy. But this song in particular gave off the vibe of "Bad Guy for Good Reasons ...also Because Being Bad is Fun". Very Harmonic. 6. Nimble as lighting - OK THIS IS UNDERRATED! Absolutely loved it. Need I say more?? I loved this. 7. Path of Yaksha - The Beginning felt so amazing, like you could feel the energy building. And that beat drop *chefs kiss* (reminded me of how much I want Xiao to come home.) 8. Quilin's Prace - The Calm. The Serenity. The Everything. The Violinist. Just Yes. Every Musician killed it with every note. 9. Rex Incognito - Must I say more than, *"I will have order."* Absolutely loved this. Really doesn't feel the same with out the beat drop. Really put in the scene Overall 10/10 would watch/listen again and again. Ps. The amount of times I absolutely is absolutely absurd.

It's alot more different than the other songs, Which makes it even better because that represents how albedo is different. It's synth as well, Artificial, Just like he is. It's also just, So tranquil at certain points. representing his calm demeanor. I can't get over it, And it also sounds perfect. amazing work.
Letter from Ajax - It starts off quiet, a piano I think. This is music commonly found in dragonspine and intel about snezhnaya, where Childe is from, Says it's incredibly cold. for me, this can represent snowflakes, like his hometown, or even how he can act calm, But the faint electric guitar that builds up represents his true nature, willing for battle and raging into the battlefield. It's perfect.
Keqing - I can't remember her theme name oops. It sounds similar to a song that plays in Liyue, her region. but it's a remix with much more modern instruments, representing how she's the true future of liyue, focusing on the present and upcoming instead of the past.
Xiao - I forgot its name too.
It feels like there's an impending sense of doom throughout the entire song, But also calm for certain parts, How he has to protect liyue and keep that in his mind, uphold his vow instead of giving up to his eternal suffering. the pure weight of the instruments at certain points can represent the severity of his karmatic debt.
Ganyu - Qilins prance.
It starts off with a theme that I think plays in Liyue, Soft at first, but building up. Soft represents how ganyu usually is but when the beat drops, that represents her wanting to protect Liyue, her own vows to Rex Lapis as a part adepti. it goes quiet again, almost for when she doubts herself but then returns to build up again, I feel like it's how as a secretary and having her fighting skills, she really is playing her own part in protecting liyue.
Rex Incognito - Zhonglis theme.

Despite genshin character themes just being a twist of that beat you hear in the beginning, it grows into an actual theme afterwards and doesn't disappoint! I may actually have to listen to more themes or the whole concert now with how good this snippet was

Everybody's themes are great, but Ajax’s hits different for me-love the way it goes from soft and wistful to badass then comes back full circle. It fits his character really well without losing out on the hype factor, and it sounded so good live!!

(In my opinion) this makes up for the lackluster anniversary rewards, because clearly a lot of effort was put into the performance :) props to the musicians, producers, etc. Anyways, we got 20 wishes, a unique furnishing item, and new wind glider in the end so I’m all good.
Nah to me this is the anniversary reward. I could care less about the wishes or the wind glider. The fact that this concert was free and a lot of effort was put into it, makes it worth it.

1. Bard's Adventure - Ok then violinist, slay that violin!
2. Let's Go, Crimson Knight - I want to run Mondstadt again. Just for the good old music and nostalgia.
3. Dance of Aphros - I wanted to get up and tango with Eula, the dancer on screen was also so delicate in her dancing. The beat to this was so beautiful and hit different.
4. Contemplation in the Snow - ABSOLUTELY A HIT! I am ready to rave to this any day. I am glad the musicians seemed to be enjoying their music as much as we were.
5. Letter for Ajax - In the actual show, were they had the battle music as well, I was going to pass out from the memories of every fight every Monday with this guy. But this song in particular gave off the vibe of "Bad Guy for Good Reasons ...also Because Being Bad is Fun". Very Harmonic.
6. Nimble as lighting - OK THIS IS UNDERRATED! Absolutely loved it. Need I say more?? I loved this.
7. Path of Yaksha - The Beginning felt so amazing, like you could feel the energy building. And that beat drop *chefs kiss* (reminded me of how much I want Xiao to come home.)
8. Quilin's Prace - The Calm. The Serenity. The Everything. The Violinist. Just Yes. Every Musician killed it with every note.
