If anyone reads this: Spear is a great weapon... IN LOW stance and if you know when to jump. You can evade so much bullshit and even grabs on the ground and punish. And with certain skills your have hyper armor. Combined with dmg reduction mid attack you become a nonstop attacking machine.

And you need to wear your divine set and then temper lucky drop equipped armor on accessories so that whenever you kill enemies it’s an increase chance to drop the armor you’re wearing, and then you need to have a sudama hat helmet and/or a scroll with ethereal drop rate A on it to further increase the drop rate chance
No problem, you do need a piece of equipment that has rarity inheritance but in DotN difficulty the older sets like Japans Bravest and Golden Boy are now known as “+ set” and since you can’t forge ethereal gear you are able to soul match a forged set of the same name with a “+ set” of the same name to become that new set and then soul match any equipment with the rarity inheritance stat on it
Thanks again! Any thoughts on using 6p susano + toshie's abacus instead of 7p take? Versatility should be quite easy to proc with spear imo, at least 5-6 stacks
No problem! And if you’re only using the abacus you’d get the faster movement killed enemy which is fine too...you technically don’t need to run the full take either so I think it’d be worth trying out
what things are you sing to buff yourself up? you never added that i nthe vid so i cant follow it 100%, you know like samurai skills and ninjitsu and magic
Thanks for the feedback but I usually go over all my magic and ninjutsu in the video but just to run thru I use Barrier Talisman for the increased ki recovery and instant yokai pool purification whenever you touch them, steel talisman for defense increase, extraction talisman to gain Amrita from the enemy to pair with the life recovery on Amrita absorption, I used rejuvenation talisman for health regen, archyokai to gain anima for yokai abilities and lightning familiar talisman to inflict electric damage and get confusion up. My ninjutsu is for speed running underworld, I use Tiger Running for increase speed, quick change just incase I die so I can get a second life, sneak thief to be invisible and cat walking for quiet footsteps.
As for the samurai skills those are personal preference, so any skills that do increase ki damage for the weapon you’re using you would put masterful slice on it. For example dual swords God of wind is perfect to put masterful slice on because masterful slice increases the ki damage of certain skills by 20% so you just need to pair the skills you use with right boosts
Thank you for you’re feedback! If you’re talking about the plus value, you have to soul match it with any weapon that already has a plus value next to it so you can inherit it

Lol it’s cool and You can use any weapon with a plus value but the plus value has to be more than or equal to the weapon you want to increase so if a weapon has (+10) on it it has to be soul matched with a weapon that is (+10) or higher to increase its value.

how it's possible to obtain Ethereal quality of this armor? i've got recipe, but it's only divine at craft and Otakemaru doesn't drop it :(
